The service was extremely disappointing. The food had no taste and was of very poor quality. On top of that, we did not receive several of the items we had ordered. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend. If I could give them lower rating I would. The appetizers tasted awful.

This restaurant is fantastic. The tandoori soya chaap was delicious. The flavors and taste are hard to find in calgary, but this was my first time at bombay Tiger, but now i this has become my one of my favorite restaurants. Service was amazing, too the girl there she is professional and greet us with smile on her face.

I visited this restaurant today with my friends, and we had chole kulche, which was outstanding. The taste was so good. Also , not forgot to mention the service by Raman she is sweet and kind too. Wait to visit there again.

Delicious and inventive dishes! Probably the most unique Indian restaurant in Calgary.

We ordered Mango Mojito, Virgin Sangria, Pani Puri, Dahi Puri, Drums of Heaven, Tandoori Soya Chaap, MMM Chicken Curry, Paneer Rara, and assorted breads. Everything was really tasty and delicious.
The Drums of Heaven were definitely my favorite. However, the seasoning in MMM Chicken Curry and Paneer Rara could be improved a bit (the salt was on the lower side, which was still okay).
Our server Raman was quick, attentive, and very efficient, which made the experience even better.

It’s rare that I have the pleasure of writing a good review for service at a desi restaurant. We dropped by for dinner and the first server said that the two empty tables were reserved and since they closed in about an hour they couldn’t seat us and Raman came in and accomodated us as we were about to walk out. She was polite and things were going alright when we overheard a rude customer criticize his food to Raman. Though surely constructive criticism is appreciated by businesses but he asked where Raman was from and that he was from Dehli and ‘I am foodie guy’ and thus he can tell her that they should rename their food. Raman was professional and patient and informed him that she will pass on his review. We made sure to praise Raman and the Goat Biryani with the rude customer in earshot. Being slightly more conversational (asking about customers’ days and if they are celebrating anything) will make you an even better server and enhance the customer experience. Good job Raman!

As always the gol gappas were crispy and those chutneys are “chefs kiss” Crispy Prawns, Bombay Tiger Chicken, Naan and Goat Biryani (the star) were all delicious. Compliments to the chef and the kitchen staff.

Tried Bombay for the first time and we were very impressed. The food was super delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful in making recommendations and providing excellent service. Definitely recommend!

A wonderful dining experience! The restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, explaining the dishes and accommodating special requests. The food was absolutely delicious and authentically Indian—every bite reminded me of Mumbai in India. Prices are fair, especially considering the generous portions and quality of ingredients. A must-visit for anyone in Calgary who loves authentic Indian cuisine!

Bombay Tiger in Calgary is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance made us feel welcome—cozy, clean, and perfect for both a casual night out or a small celebration. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, guiding us through the menu and recommending dishes based on our tastes. Every dish we tried was bursting with authentic Indian flavors—from the rich Dal Pakwaan to the perfectly spiced Paneer Tikka. Portions were generous, and the pricing felt very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received. Highly recommend for anyone craving genuine Indian cuisine without breaking the bank!
