We went to Bonterra last night as part of the Mac and Cheese Festival and their “Gnocchi by the Shore” did not disappoint! The gnocchi was pillowy and it was always a different treat to have the gnocchi with shrimp or scallops or short rib. We understood why they won last year after that first bite. Our server recommended at least a half order of their bread to sop up the sauce. That is a necessity as we playfully shooed our server away three or four times to make sure we got every last bit of that rich and creamy sauce. The food was fantastic, the service was very friendly, and it was a relaxed vibe when we were there during a Monday evening.

Bonterra is a favourite of ours, and this last experience was no exception. The food was fantastic, the service was friendly and quick. We enjoyed, and I highly recommend, the pork belly and charred octopus dish as well as the calamari.

Very intimate. Loved the decor and vibe. Food was delicious. The lamb was fall off the bone yummy and it was served with sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts which is so good. The chocolate cake was the best I think I've ever had. Server was very helpful. It was a loud environment but overall happy. This was my first time here and I can't wait to go back in summer time for their patio.

We were able to experience the Carne Steakhouse menu. It was 10/10. All the dishes we had were cooked to perfection! We will definitely be back in the very near future.

Tuesday “Date Night” is an excellent value and the food was great, and plentiful. That, plus half price wine, is very hard to resist. We had excellent service from River (yes, he is named after the famous Phoenix). We will not hesitate to return.

One of my favourite restaurants, It's always an amazing experience in regards to service & food. Last night was no exception however, I would like to mention the portion size. I dined with my husband and 2 sons ( in their mid 20's) The food was undeniably delicious but the portion size was inadequate, the 3 guys were still hungry even though they all had an appetizer , they also had dessert but left hungry. Disappointing for a $500 meal for 4 ( I only had an entree).
Saturday before Christmas was busy, and service was not at its best. I personally know they can do better and we've had better experiences here. But it was a very busy night for them.

The wait staff was incredibly kind, helpful and funny. The food was also very good, highly recommend going with what the servers recommend. They know what they're doing and all in such a great mood.

I had the pleasure of purchasing your gluten free (almond flour) cookie at the big cookie sale held at the Blue Flame Kichen Dec 3rd. OMG….it was SO GOOD!!!!! I wish I had purchased a dozen of those!!!! I haven’t tasted anything so flavourful in a long time. KUDOS to the staff to bring this confection to the sale….. I hope I see them next year😊
