The ranking above should speak for itself. Our server, River, was exceptional. VERY attentive, without hovering, and very good about explaining meal options, related to allergies, etc.
We went to Bonterra last night as part of the Mac and Cheese Festival and their “Gnocchi by the Shore” did not disappoint! The gnocchi was pillowy and it was always a different treat to have the gnocchi with shrimp or scallops or short rib. We understood why they won last year after that first bite. Our server recommended at least a half order of their bread to sop up the sauce. That is a necessity as we playfully shooed our server away three or four times to make sure we...
Bonterra is a favourite of ours, and this last experience was no exception. The food was fantastic, the service was friendly and quick. We enjoyed, and I highly recommend, the pork belly and charred octopus dish as well as the calamari.
