The drink was absolutely tasteless, so bland that I couldn't even finish it.
I had a worst experience at this place. BOOSTER JUICE sells premixed juices. I purchased a red sunrise and surprisingly within 2 min I had my drink without hearing a noice of juicer upon asking I was told they already got juices done in morning and now just mixing them. BULLSHIT. If that's what I needed I would but a concentrated juice from Wallmart.
Avoid this business, don't waste ur money here.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
The employees seemed to be enjoying themselves and the young gentleman who made my drink even sang (quietly) happy birthday to me! The young 2 gentlemen deserve a raise!
This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I politely asked the lady at the counter—who was wearing a mask and had dark hair and blond highlights—to repeat herself because I couldn’t hear her clearly. Instead of understanding, she YELLED at me. My wife and I were completely shocked by her attitude. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.
I don't know what happened the last month but our last 2 times ordering the same spinach smoothies we always ordered have been so bad. Last time there was even a hair in one of them, and they just taste off as if the fruit or the veggies have gone bad. We won't be returning anymore, which is a shame because we used to get smoothies here at least every week
The smoothies are tasty, but my one feedback would be the service was less than good. Could have been a little friendly.
I have stopped in here a few times over the past year. The staff I have encountered at any of my visits never seem to know what I am talking about when I say that I need to ensure my smoothie is gluten-free. I have only ordered smoothies at this location that are gluten-free according to the allergy info on the website, but the staff don’t really seem to know how to respond appropriately to a customer’s dietary restrictions.
I always liked Booster Juice many years ago before I discovered I couldn’t eat gluten, but now there are only 3 smoothies on the menu that I can have, so not many options.
Dietary restrictions: In general, not great for gluten-free options.

Front staff is not interested to work at all. Needs more training in customer service.

They have no problem making the smoothies dairy free, they were friendly and the service was quick.
Dietary restrictions: They had no problem with us needing the smoothie to be dairy free
Parking: There is plenty of parking in the plaza
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance, parking and shop itself are all accessible

I was casually watching the kitchen while waiting for my drink. A mid-age female employee was juicing beets on the kitchen island. She accidentally dropped 2-3 pieces on the floor. She picked them up and tossed into the juicer continuing her work. There were 3-4 employees around her but no one said anything. I concluded it is their normal practice and decided to never come back again.

the restroom at this location was closed in mid 2020 due to restrictions, just like many other restaurants. since then , I have found the restroom either "closed" or "out of order" EVERY- SINGLE- TIME. its literally been 4 years... can those of us who pay 9 bucks for a handful of blueberries and 2 scoops of frozen yogurt please be allowed to wash our hands?

The blenders here either suck, or they don't blend the drinks for long enough. Consistently clogging straws at this location only...Changed review to 1 star because 6 months later and nothing has changed.
Review for allergy requests.I have gone there twice and my experience has been the exact same. I order my drink. Advise that I have a milk allergy and cannot have milk, ask for no frozen yogurt. The screen shows: ALLERGY: NONE. I then inform them that it is in fact an allergy. They say it's OK. So I watch them make my drink. They put in frozen yogurt. So I get their attention over the counter as they are making my drink to ask if that's dairy and remind them that I am allergic and cannot have milk. They look at the order confused and say it doesn't say allergy. Then remake the drink without yogurt. It should not be this difficult for someone with allergies to put in a request. If I wasn't watching them I would get a drink and assume it has no dairy in it. And I'm not just lactose intolerant, it is an allergy!!!

Love booster juice but this girl working at the 130th location has a terrible attitude. Will not be going back to this location.
