I am a regular at this booster juice (often times near closing). The app stops online orders at 4:00PM so unfortunately I can’t pick up at 4:45PM. Nhae has been so kind and accommodating right before close. She is patient and always always remembers my favourite drink. Even though it’s right before close she always has time to suggest a new flavour or remind me of a free Monday Booster. I am always so happy to go to Booster Juice after work to be met with a healthy drink and a welcoming smile.
I will say the service even during the busy lunch rush has always impressed me. I highly recommend this booster juice. Clean, friendly and always consistent in quality.

I never bought from Booster Juice before. I asked if they have carrot apple juice. They said we can make it. I also asked if they have any other veggies juice. She said No. She charged me $7.49+$0.79 (for apple) plus GST. While waiting I notice veggies juices. One of them was beets, carrots and apples juice that cost $7.49. I asked why she charged me extra for apple if you have the same juice just to remove beets. She said you had to tell me that. Anyway, service only to make money not to satisfy customers.

Would’ve still bought a drink but felt like there was no proper reconciliation despite it not even being busy

Amazing people! These people actually cared about me as a human. I ordered a smoothie and put in the notes I was sick and they gave me a wellness shot for free and added a booster for immunity. Whoever what was working at 2pm on July 26th you guys are the mvp and actually made my day thank you

The most incompetent people. NEVER order from here on DoorDash. They mess up every time we order. Messed up the smoothies, they’ll send us two of the same always. And ALWAYS forgets our wraps. Do better

Was walking thru the +15 on Wednesday. Stopped in to order a Very Berry from Booster Juice was extra stuff added to it...service was great, The staff were friendly. the drink was great. Best advice get this cup. Keeps the contents cold and even after a couple of hours tasty. Covid precautions in play at this location.
