Booster Juice

Good shake, but it was really busy and slow because of it. Still can’t stand their straws.

Clean and quick
However they need to mix their smoothies well.

SUNDAY MAY 18th, me and my buddy came to get booster juice and when we arrived we realized that it had just closed (we arrived at 6pm on the dot and it closes at 6pm) once we got to the doors we looked inside and saw a younger women mopping and when she noticed us at the door she gave us the middle finger for no reason! Completely unacceptable and this should be addressed with the employee!! This happened on may 18th approximately around 6:01 pm.

i got a strawberry sunshine smoothie and found sharp parts of plastic in my drink. the staff was very nice though to give a refund. super sad as i love booster juice.

What an atrocious experience. Went on Saturday, July 20.

Was given the most disrespectful and atrocious customer service I have ever received in this city. Three ladies were working and they were absolutely wonderful. Happy, engaging and courteous.

One pathetic male employee who was visibly upset, ignoring customers blatantly and then speaking in his language about them in front of their face. We asked for salsa for our 30$ order. He couldn’t even bother to look up. If you don’t like your job, find something else. Everyone around you was clearly in a good place.

Some people you might not expect speak Tagalog. So believe it or not. We understood you.

I will be escalating this with your head office as well. I have never been subject to verbal abuse in a restaurant before. Avoid this place at all costs. Literally anywhere else would be better

I ordered bunch of stuff for my sick sister she has cancer and going through chemo at the moment and they forgot a drink in her order and grace offered to personally deliver it. I am forever thankful for this amazing gesture and service and will forever be thankful and grateful. ❤️

My experience at Booster Juice Sunridge Mall was disappointing. When I requested my usual drink, the cashier initially claimed they didn't have it. After clarifying, they repeated the name in a condescending manner, making me feel like I made a mistake. There were no apologies for the confusion. Additionally, when I asked for a receipt for my app rewards, I was told it was my responsibility to mention it before cashing out. Customer service should proactively inquire about rewards, making the process smoother for customers.
