I want to give no star to the customer service of this location. The cashier was so rude having no smile on face and was very rude and didn’t pay attention while taking the order.Will not recommend this location.

There were 2 employees working yesterday evening. 👏🏻 Great job to them. One of their name was Agam I guess. They fulfilled my customised order as I wanted them to, juice was extremely fresh like never before.

The smoothie quality was extremely poor. We ordered Orange & Cream and Pirate's Nectar. The Orange & Cream was pink, and when questioned, the staff claimed it was just the color but the correct smoothie. At home, it tasted like colored water with essence—no real orange or cream flavor. This is the second time we've had this issue. For the past six months, this location has been consistently terrible. @StoreOwner @Store Manager

Overall smoothie quality has gone down.

I've been drinking the same smoothie at Booster Juice for at least 15 years. They're typically thick, and filled to the brim.

Today, I got the same High Impact Acai (and Mind Over Matcha for my fiance) I normally get and both smoothies are watery, watered down, not thick, and distinctly NOT filled to the brim. There's either less fruits, more ice, or some combination that has left me feeling that it's not worth the price anymore.

Not sure if Booster Juice over all is changing and cheaping out on their recipes or if the franchise owners are doing this but I can confidently say I'm sorely disappointed in the smoothies lately.

This location is an embarrassment. The staff refuse to customize drinks and enforce their own taste and opinions on customers. Hands down the worst location in Calgary, probably even Alberta. Don’t come here.

Despite what some of the reviews are saying, this location is a gem. Anne is the sweetest lady in all of the Booster Juice franchise (in my opinion). Her drinks are consistent, service is impeccable, and she always makes sure to put a smile on everyone’s faces.

Completely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Location!

I’ve been to multiple Booster Juice locations in Calgary, and I have never had such a terrible experience. From the moment we walked in, the attitude from the staff was shocking. The lady at the till was incredibly rude, refusing to customize our drinks and acting as if she was some kind of “smoothie expert,” telling us certain fruits and vegetables “aren’t meant to go together” based on her own taste buds. Excuse me? Since when do personal opinions dictate customer service?

Meanwhile, the guy making the smoothies was dancing around the whole time like it was his own personal music video. While a little enthusiasm is fine, this was over the top and unprofessional. And then, after finally making our drinks, he kept going on and on about how “this location is the best in Calgary” and how our smoothies “taste so good” because they’re “better than the other locations.”

Well, let me tell you—they weren’t. The smoothies were mediocre at best, and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively). Instead of bragging about how much “better” they are, maybe they should focus on treating customers with respect and making drinks the way people actually want them. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
