Booster Juice

Would give negative stars if I could. Came in on my birthday as they advertise a free shake on your bday. Drashti refused to give me a shake because of an error with their app didn't send me a QR code despite having the app for years. Manager also refused a free shake and said to reach out to the app/website. Absolutely terrible customer service will never be coming back. I live in this community and used to be a frequent customer.

I visited Booster Juice and had a very disappointing experience. Most of the staff were speaking only in Hindi, and I couldn’t understand what was being said — it even felt like they were talking about me. When I politely asked them to speak in English (especially here in Canada, where English and French are the official languages), they reacted aggressively. Their attitude came across as lazy and unprofessional, as if they didn’t even want to work. This is not the kind of service I expected.

I had a wonderful experience at Booster Juice! The seller woman was extremely humble and kind, always greeting with a warm smile. She prepared my shake very peacefully, taking care to make everything just right. What impressed me the most was the outstanding quality of the shake – so fresh, tasty, and perfectly blended. It’s rare to find such a combination of excellent service and top-notch quality. I will definitely visit again! 🌟🥤
