I ordered a pesto chicken panini unfortunately no chicken is there the portion is not properly set up this is not my first time !

I always find staff friendly and professional not, however there is often a really bad body odour smell. This is rather off-putting in a food establishment

I was there at the store and served by pargati..she is awesome and very knowledgeable..very happy to deal with her..excellent customer care..

There is no product in the store, just 4 booster balls. No wraps or panninis etc. 2 staff members chatting away in the back whilst 1 upfront deals with about 7 customers at my time of arrival. App wouldn't scan to collect points. They said it did but still haven't received points for purchase.Didn't feel very clean either. Just my review on my latest visit
I saw a worker scratch there balls and then prepare a smoothie with bare hands.
