I've been here a few time's never had an issue with the staff or smoothies but saying you open at 7am and then not actually being open is not right. I waited almost 20 mins and no one was there so I left, and as I was leaving the lights came on. If your not going to open at 7am please at least change your posted hours so people dont show up and sit there.

My doordash order took an hour and a half and my order was literally 2 shakes and 2 tuna wraps how would u take that long??

Horrible experience. Took over a half an hour for a skip pickup when it said it was ready. I one seemed to care or rush. Will never be back. If you feel like waiting forever and have sloppy presentation then come here.

I really like Booster Juice in general and since this Garrison location is close to my house, I go there a lot. The service is so bad I just had to write a review. It pains me to keep supporting this store but I do so only because of the location.On a weekend, there are often 5-8 customers waiting for their food, looking at each other not knowing whether to laugh or scream. Orders take a LONG time and there is often no pattern to who gets served first and who has to wait 15 minutes. Many people have to approach the counter to explain that their order was done wrong, or to ask when it will be ready. The staff look flustered and occasionally, irritated.Last weekend I ordered a wrap and a smoothie; 10 minutes after my smoothie was ready I asked how my wrap was doing and they said 'sorry we forgot to put it on the grill'. 80% of the time when I order a 'snack combo' the cashier looks at me blankly like they've never heard of one. Umm, it's on your menu board. Am I the first person to order that item? The turnover is ridiculous, new people every time, each of them as untrained as the previous.I don't blame the staff so much as the manager or the franchise owner? Does anyone running this place actually care how it performs?

This place has the worst service ever. It infuriates me to the core. I ordered a smoothie and they gave it to me not only after waiting A LONG TIME but it was runny and made wrong. We waited at least 15 minutes for two wraps that they had just sitting there. Go somewhere else. Worst lunch ever.

Waited 10 minutes for one of 3 people to come to cash and take my order. 2 others customers orders ahead of me and only one trainee making smoothies. They got one of the customers booster ball orders wrong and got them their correct order but proceeded to place the incorrect order, taken back from the customer, back into the fridge display. I don’t like to leave bad reviews and I’m usually patient but this was just one of the worst run locations of booster juice I’ve ever been to.

I just left this location and let me tell you Irene or Arlene was not a pleasant person to deal with. Not polite no smile, rude. I go this location often but I may have to change location. I understand it’s early and possibly she is having a bad day but treating customers the way you did is unacceptable. This is more but I’ll leave it at this

It’s a shame this is the only booster juice in the area because the service is terrible. I suspect it’s a training issue as there can be up to 4 people “working” but you are still waiting over 10 minutes to have your order taken and another 15 minutes for it to be prepared. The staff seems to lack prioritizing skills.
