Brad is the greatest bartender here, been a regular here for over 12 years but no other bartender pays attention and takes care of me like him, service/convo is 20/10, definitely a great vibe and convo, makes you forget about your problems! He needs a raise! One of the only reasons i come here. Brad your my guy!

My husband and I went for wing night, we understand it’s busy and going to take a bit longer for food and drinks. We ordered drinks and then food when we received our first drinks. When our first round of wing came with a food runner my husband asked for another beer and she said she would ring it in. A few minutes later our serve came back to check on us and we mentioned the beer just to make sure it had got rung in. We also ordered another round of wings knowing it takes awhile.

Our second round of wings came and still no beer. We asked again and they said they would check on it. Our sever came back 10 minutes later “oh. They didn’t bring your beer yet. I’ll go check”. A food runner finally brought the beer AFTER we finished our second order of wings and we’re ready to leave. When I asked my husband if he even wanted it anymore and told the server that we had waited over 40 minutes for this beer and we’re ready to leave now, she told me they have VIP people in and they are backed up. Making it seem like me as a pay customer was not important enough to give good serve to because they have more important customers in the building. Our server also blamed the nice weather for how busy they are and they shity serve we received.

I’ve been in the restaurant industry for over 16 years in both boh and foh and I give a lot of grace when going out to eat, however this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in the 10 years I’ve been going to wing night at Bootleggers.

Waited 40 to get the beer I ordered asked 3 times and it arrived after dinner when we were ready to leave. Horrible service

First time checking this place out and I can honestly say I enjoyed myself. Great environment to hangout with ur friends and watch the game or as I did ufc. Food was great and my server Karlee was the best part of the night. Her bubbly joyfully personality was the icing on the cake. Will definitely be going back for that burger deal 😆, those patties were huge.
