Bootleggers Sports Bar & Grill

My friends and I come here frequently but ONLY for the karaoke. Every time we come here there’s an incredibly long wait to even talk to waitress let alone them to bring you anything. The other night we went I actually commented that this was the best service we received here so far, although it took a while for someone to actually greet us, our server checked on us pretty often which is quite uncommon here. Was great, That is till I went to pay and was charged for 17 beer? I asked to speak to the manager and he disregarded the whole conversation and was sort of a jerk. I’ve read some of the other reviews and there is a number of them complaining about being double charged. We also had another waitress come to take a drink order so we gave them to her and then our regular waitress came so we explained that to her, she made a dirty look and took our orders again which was fine but it just seemed kind of catty. Another thing is they have a hard time removing finished glasses and plates from your table? I’m not sure why they would not grab them while placing down something else. Anyways the karaoke is always a blast but if you’re just going to grab some food/beverage I would recommend you go else where.

Beer selection is bad. Wings weren't great. Servers were nice.

Denied viewing The Tyson Fight for a licensed event? You don't need a license for netflex! ''I'' the customer paid for my netflex account and than paired to the closest tv to watch the event and than was told to disconnect from top boss Steven. The amount of business lost and customers walking out on there bill was outrageous because Steven's management. The place was dead for a friday fight night on netflex and All those girls serving on a Friday lost there wages to this guy!
Night manager Steve was rude and should reconsider being in customer service at a sports bar! Fix this for the customers and staff bootleggers!

I would try going again, but not on a Karaoke night. The music from the bar is playing AND so is the karaoke music way too much!

Horrible services from the moment we walked in. Had to walk around to find our own seats finally found a table that wasnt even cleaned. Ordered 2 waters to start that took 15 mins to get to us.. so we ordered our wings and it took 35 mins to get and they were cold and horrible. No flavour the dry seasoning had no seasoning on them and after we got our wings out server was no where to be found to offer us another drink.. horrible horrible horrible will never come back here again

Food is always great. An open concept with booths and tall tables. Service is good. Very few staff at lunch although it is quiet so it doesn't matter. If you haven't visited you should. One of my favorites. I drive from the Northwest for their Southwestern Chicken Salad.

Thursdays, $16 all you can eat wings. All the dry rub wings are great! The place was packed by 6:30
