Wade-Made BBQ / Boreal Cuisine that was on site on June 7th at Cabin Brewing was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! The brisket sandwich was $24.10 which was 2oz (at best) brisket & fat, served on an ordinary, run of the mill hamburger bun with less than a TBSP of mustard dropped in the middle of the bun & 4 thin dollar sized pickle slices. Preparation was mediocre at best, thought to presentation was non existent & there was no side(s) - for $24! Hear me in this, we thoroughly enjoy good food & NEVER mind paying for it, but this was a ridiculous price for what was served!
