Booked this for brunch for family coming from out of room and we were on patio right in front of fireplace. Beautiful!! We were able to have a great quieter visit and brunch menu was varied and well presented. I enjoyed the smoked salmon flatbread and the stuffed French toast with rhubarb and berry jam- my husband and I shared. Others noted their omelette was a little salty with cheese sauce by everyone enjoyed the experience. Daily specials and they keep a parking list for free parking underground. Beautiful cakes displayed in front bakery and coffee drinks- must go back!! We waited many times for refills and bills etc but waitress was busy- didn't really bother us too much but only reason for lower rating- everyone was very pleasant and welcoming.

the calamari that we ordered was cold. servers were friendly but you leave the restaurant without them inviting you to come back even the manager just passed by

Our server Avery was excellent. She was attentive and made good recommendations. Starter and main dishes were very good. It is a louder environment, but did not deter from a very good dining dining experience.

Wonderful experience. The Negronis were excellent. Calamari amazing. Pork belly and scallops seemed an unusual pairing but boy, was it ever good.

Nice little spot in the new U district. The ambiance is nice. We had a large group on the heated patio. Avery did a good job with the big group. Their cocktails were good (had both). Our group had a fixed menu. Caesar was good, mushrooms on toast was nice, and steaks was great. Dessert was decent too. Would go back and try the regular menu.

We had a late Christmas lunch with our adult children and were not disappointed. The food was excellent: we had the maple glazed salmon, seafood linguine, beet salad and Niçoise salad and all were very tasty, great portion sizes and cooked perfectly. Our server was Patrick and he was an absolute delight and was very attentive without being overbearing! The atmosphere is ‘upscale wine bar’ vibe and we liked how there is good space between the tables.

Went with a friend for drinks and appetizers. The pretzels were overcooked and dry (no salt /butter), and my friend's drink tasted like straight alcohol instead of a cocktail. When we asked for our bill, our waitress took my unfinished drink..not much left in the glass, but still, for the cost I would have preferred to finish it!

My family and I found this place by accident after hopping around a few options - the second we walked into that door we knew we found the place. The atmosphere is warm, charming and modern, and the staff were incredibly professional and thoughtful.
Our server, Katie, was amazing!!! Our table had a dairy allergy and while typically this puts servers on the spot and requires back-and-forths with the kitchen, Katie knew right away what we could order and how we could change up some dishes to remove the allergen.
The food was great and very fairly priced, they had some really cool non-alcoholic cocktails on the menu, and a happy hour menu (I believe happy hour is 7:30 to close but could be wrong).
I am only visiting Calgary for the holidays, but i will make a point of coming here again on my next visits.

We went for a nice evening out with friends. My husband has lost most of his colon to cancer in his case he could not get a replacement for the broccolini, this is just something his stomach cannot handle. It was strange to me that they couldn’t substitute it for something else that they had on their list such as carrots or mushrooms. I myself ordered the salmon. The fish was so amazingly cooked so good. I just wished everything else on my plate was an ice cold. The care purée the risotto that was just pretty much Barley rice they should not call it risotto. And the beans ice cold. Food is my favourite thing in the world, I feel bad because when I serve people at my home, I never want their food to be half cold And I would not expect this from a restaurant where we are paying almost $40 a plate. When he ordered a desert but was unable to come back to eat it because of his stomach issues they were upset when asked why and I said he was missing his colon he said to me does he have an allergy to dairy? I said no, it’s because he’s missing most of his colon. I apologized and asked them to wrap it up for us. Long story short when we left he was super nice to my husband, and he wouldn’t look me in the eye. I’m not sure about everyone else, but us It’s so expensive to go out these days. I can deal with a lot but when a waiter and your food super cold or not as good as what you can even make it home it just makes a very upsetting whole experience. All in all, I will not go back to this restaurant, not just for the waiter, but for my cold food.
