Registered for trivia. Waitress knew I was by myself and made every effort to get my order correct, check in on me and was super friendly. Trivia host, not so much. He was aware it was my first event and I wasn't on a team. He took half a minute to explain how to login but didn't explain the way game worked, suggest a better place to see standings, etc.
The food was presented nicely and was to order ... honey BBQ wings with half order of nachos with seasoned beef. Could have had a little more cheese. I'd suggest a better cut of veggies. The carrots were cut too large to be nibbly and the celery was woody.
The bathrooms are on a different floor with many stairs. Personally, I had a hard time due to painful knees.
I'd return for trivia now that I've played.

Won't visit Boston Pizza anymore. Food quality is very poor. The waitress I had was very young, unfriendly, and didn’t seem to care.
$30 for a low-quality pasta, I'll pass. The chicken used here is comparable to Subway. You can get real Italian for these prices.

I rarely leave reviews, either positive or negative, but my experience at BP Shawnessy Calgary tonight left me speechless. Highlights included waiting 15 minutes to get drinks after ordering them, seeing the table seated 15.minutes after us getting there food 10 minutes before us, one dish arriving 7 minutes after the other and arriving cold, an overcooked medium rare steak that got cold while waiting 10 minutes for forks and napkins to arrive to eat our food with (it did come with a steak knife though when served). Turns out the cutlery and napkins must be asked for advance of the food arriving. And to top it off, my 12 year old son ordered a wing combo that comes with fries that was supposed to be $21.99 and ended up costing us $36 as they charged for a massive plate of fries seperately even though the menu picture of a wing combo showed a smaller plate of wings and fries. He asked to split the wing combo as half one flavor and half another and they took that to mean a double order without fries. While i normally overlook any of these errors on their own, in combination it made for a very awkward and drawn out dining experience. It highlighted a complete lack of staff training, processes, and failures from customer arrival to payment. This location is not representative of the BP brand and I have not had a bad experience at a BP restaurent in Canada until tonight. With over 20 other BP locations in Calgary alone, I recommend avoiding this one and choosing any of the other BPs. This location is an unfortunate aberration in an otherwise great Canadian brand. My daughter found the Father’s Day promo and planned this for Father’s Day. Phoned to book it, was told they don’t take reservations for weekend but if we arrive early won’t be a problem to get in. We showed up at 3, were told it was only available to people who made a reservation… Management came over to our table when we explained that we had tried to make a reservation and made no effort to accommodate us or apologize. Lame, we left, definitely won’t be back.

Came in with my girlfriend for dinner tonight and our service was exceptional. Drinks came out very quick, our server keilani was very helpful when suggesting appys to try. The triple play was our personal favourite. Thank you keilani for the great experience! Will be back soon.

Came in for a fun night with my bestie and had an absolutely amazing server! I believe his name was Ibrahim and he was so kind, through with explaining the events and promotions and had good banter and customer service skills/personality! Extremely disappointed and feeling like I wasted $50. I placed a pick up order for my wife and I. She got the Big Philly Cheesesteak Dipper and added the extra $5 Canadian All Star Poutine. I ordered the Jambalaya Fettuccini with Penne pasta. After picking up the order and getting home (5 mins away)..we noticed her Au jus was thrown in the bag and had spilled 80% of it. Her poutine was small and old looking and cheese steak looked like it was half built. She didn’t eat the poutine and ate the cheesesteak after rebuilding it herself. On top of that my Jambalaya was missing the shrimp and chicken. It was just sauce and sausage with pasta. I tried calling a few times to complain and couldn’t get through. I thought this only happened when I order from skip. Instead I order myself directly from BP’s and pick it up, only to have my food messed up either way.
Hoping their customer service reaches out and at least try’s to make the experience a bit better.

I had such a great experience at Boston Pizza thanks to our server, Isabel! She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive from the moment we walked in. She made sure our orders were perfect, checked in just the right amount, and had such a positive and genuine attitude that made the whole meal more enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about her guests. Isabel went above and beyond definitely one of the best servers I’ve had anywhere. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope to be seated in her section again!

Miles Wood has to be the most welcoming, respectful and unconditionally polite host I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This young man brings an absolute pleasure of an atmosphere to the Boston pizza shawnessy establishment and sets an example as a leader and presents the opportunity for the other workers to rise to the occasion. A true 10/10 experience would definitely recommend.
