I am not usually the leave a bad review kind of person , however our experience was bad enough that I think I should. I will say that staff was incredibly kind but seem to not have been trained at all. Our sever spilled one of our drinks and instead of replacing it just put the dirty glass on the table and brought us napkins. Idk if working in fine dining has made me snob but that seemed very strange. We were never offered water at any point and had to ask for it after our food was brought out. We ordered a starter to share and well as a main to share. We explicitly asked for the starter to come out before the main. However they were both brought to the table at the same time. When it came time eat I couldn’t even use the cutlery as it was filthy and clearly had not been polished after coming out of the machine.

Worst steak sandwich I have ever had about 1/4 inch thick...for 30 bucks had i known would never had bought it they have gone down hill huge was 41 bucks for that and a draft

No matter how dead it is, they will tell you to wait for a table. I've gone in multiple times with my family at all times of day, most recently 1pm on a Monday. Place was dead and we joked they would probably still tell us to wait... and they did...

Not sure why there are tables upstairs if they don't bother checking on customers. Even after telling the bartender we were upstairs, no one came up. After 20 mins of waiting total time no service. We left and probably will not return. If I could give zero stars I would.

Filled with garbage came in to 8 tables stacked with dishes took 15 min to get a table and grossed out with the amount of food and garbage laying around with managers walking by not caring not the Boston pizza I was used to and don’t think I’d go again

Flies! Why are there so many fruit flies in a restaurant? My niece and I spent our evening naming them because there was so many and we were virtually ignored for the rest of the meal. The deep fried pickles were good and came out hot, the rest of the meal came home to the dogs. Wouldn’t recommend, surprised it was so busy.
