Terrible service. Waitress came by only once after bring us our food and that was to collect payment. No check ins on food quality, if we needed drinks, etc. Kids get ice cream with meal and that was never offered before she brought bill.
Brought to Manager's attention but other then getting the ice cream she didn't really seem to care. Not once did anyone see how things were throughout our meal.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a chicken sandwich from this location and they cut the chicken breast into strips for the chicken club. Not sure why, it’s very hard to eat that way. Also the serving of fries was incredibly small.

Food was great but the service we had was awful. The original server we had seemed annoyed when i didn’t want to upgrade to cheese on my garlic bread, she was also flirting with my boyfriend and seemed dismissive towards me. she also left halfway through our meal without giving us another server, we had to flag down the hostess and another server at two separate points to get a box and the bill. overall a lot of waiting when there was just us and maybe two other tables. the other two tables were getting service but they would walk right past and ignored us even when our meal was done.

It was first time delivery order from them.(usually eat at restaurants). They delivered wings that they can’t sell in store. It was so small and no meat on wings. Terrible expressions delivery order. I might back to store but never order delivery. Worst of worst delivery experience.

I was just at this location I had the power bowl with grilled chicken with dill sauce. I was so hungry and looking forward to a good meal, i have to say it was the grossest power bowl I've ever had. I also want to mention how shocked I was at the length of skirts the waitresses are allowed to wear. This one young girl was wearing a skirt so short that when she went to wipe the table I could see her bottom.

Sitting here at 11 pm on a Sunday night, pretty dead, ordered garlic fries and Thai bites and a couple drinks. Food tastes stale and old just warmed up. Chicken is cold on the inside and fries came almost cold as well. *Maybe don’t come in here if they’re not busy.* Was going to order a couple more things but not anymore.

Last few months we have been disappointed in the service in the pub. Last night was the worst because did not get served at all. We came in to the pub after leaving our New Year celebration for a quick drink and to play VLT's. We arrived at 12:20 which gave us 40 minutes before closing. The place still had other patrons. We played VLT's and despite efforts to catch the eye of the waitress she ignore us. But served another person playing VLT's. When we were leaving we gave her our chits and she didn't even say a word cashed them and seemed annoyed doing it. In August we went in around 8pm for dinner and we had the same experience with a different waitress but that time I went up to the bar and asked for a drink after being ignored for over 15 minutes. We enjoy the food and atmosphere for the most part but service has been horrible lately.

Absolutely dispicable service and food. Ordered through skip a GLUTEN FREE chicken sandwich and we were delivered a BREADED chicken breast on a GLUTEN FREE bun. Like how does that even make sense? Is the staff at this location that incompetent? I have a SEVERE allergy and expect at least common sense to be used when fulfilling our order. Futhermore, I called the restaurant directly to speak with the manager who tried to tell me this isnt their fault because skip delivered it. SKIP DOESNT COOK THE FOOD!!!! Then he said he was going to "investigate" and get back to me and give me a coupon. WHY WOULD I WANT A COUPON TO DINE SOMEWHERE THAT THEY CANT EVEN PREPARE FPOD ALLERGY PROPERLY. I will be visiting the store personally to speak with the GM because clearly the exisiting team doesnt take food allergies seriously. Absolutely atrocious!!!!!

Cramped booth designed for teenagers. Felt like I was in an coffin.. For food, a burger 12 strips of Fries, 2 soda pop plus tip and tax equates to $30 80. Yes, 12 strips of fries. Absolutely, ridiculous pricing and portion sizes. The fries were equivalent to a quarter of a potatoe.The burger was an easy 9 out of 10. The service was ok, but slow on the second refill. Waitress was very nice. The complete meal is not worth more than 18 dollars. I get there are inflationary pressures A general potatoe is less than a dollar. GIVE ME A BREAK! I owned an Italian restaurant for 17 years downtown. I know what I am talking about. Everyone knows how to operate a restaurant. I was invited with two other friends. We don't discuss or share personal dine in experiences.Left there still hungry, headed to Dairy Queen next door. No doubt , I will never eat there again.
