My husband and I just had lunch and were very happy with the pizzas we ordered. Very tasty. The best part though was Ibrahim our server. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful.

I have been to this Boston Pizza numerous times. I thought perhaps it was me but the house wine caused me major digestive problems(2 glasses). The service is good but the house wine or food makes me very ill. I wont be back. I thought it was me, IT IS NOT
Went in to the restaurant to order for take out, and in the middle of taking my order the kid decided to answer the phone and take someone else’s very long order instead. Then he put them on hold to go ask someone about a discount for them, and then picked up the phone and continued their order instead of helping me, who was there first, and already in the middle of my order and standing right in front of him. To top it off I told them I was taking the food to my dad in the hospital and they didn’t offer cutlery so I assumed it was in the bag, but no cutlery.

Came in to celebrate, we ordered a triple play platter, which was awesome, and a Buffalo chicken mac n cheese, which was not that good. Our server never made eye contact, which made it hard to get her attention and she didn't check up on us. We spent 20 minutes trying to get her attention and it only worked when I had to wave her down, even then the refills took another 10 minutes to get to our table, by then the food was cold.

Unfortunately, our experience was not great. We waited over 30 minutes, the atmosphere wasn’t pleasant, and utensils were not given until we asked again after the food arrived. No one checked on us or offered water, and the food was cold. We have visited other Boston Pizza locations and usually receive much better service, but this Shawnessy location was by far the worst experience we’ve had.

Boston Pizza is always a good choice for Lunch or Dinner, but not every Boston Pizza tastes the same. Why? Every location uses the same quality ingredients and has the same excellent menu options. The difference in taste comes down to the attention to detail from the kitchen. This Boston Pizza has never failed to prepare the food exactly like photos on the menu. I ordered take-out during an already very busy Christmas dinner rush, and unfortunately, this one time, the food was subpar compared to what I am used to. I spoke with Riley about my experience and she was just wonderful. She promised someone would reach out, and someone did. Charlie, the GM, contacted me personally, and offered me excellent customer service. My family are excited for our next awesome experience with this location. Thanks BP shawnessy Team!

I ordered a steak meal at Boston Pizza. The staff were very friendly, and I truly appreciate their attitude. However, it was surprising that, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, there was no one at the counter. Maybe the staff needed to help out in the kitchen, but it still felt unattended.
I ordered my steak medium rare, and what arrived was completely different from what I’ve had here before. Putting the portion size aside, the moment I saw it, it honestly looked more like Vietnamese grilled beef—maybe slightly better than beef jerky—rather than a proper steak.
I’m grateful that the server informed the manager and cancelled the order. But please understand: I came in after a long day because I wanted a meal, not because I was trying to get something “for free.”
This Boston Pizza location really needs renovations and better oversight of food quality. If the quality stays like this, it’s only a matter of time before it shuts down.

Boston Pizza did a fantastic job with our staff Christmas lunch takeout order. The food was well prepared, packaged carefully, and ready on time, and everything arrived fresh and delicious.
When there was an issue with the original courier, the manager personally delivered the order to make sure it arrived on time, which really showed their dedication to great customer service. The team deserves recognition for their hard work, and we would happily recommend Boston Pizza for takeout or group orders.
