I ordered this for dine-in. The banana pizza and sweet potato fries were really good, and the Pepsi was fine, but the Cajun chicken breast was a bit cold when it was served.

The manager at Boston Pizza was rude, disrespectful, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. There was no effort to listen or resolve the issue, only a dismissive and arrogant attitude. Customer service was extremely poor. Never coming here again.

Decent dine in experience but they allocated parking lot to Diamond parking agency. I got parking ticket for parking in their lot while dine in the restaurant. Boston Pizza or parking agency, both will not take any responsibility or offer any help in this case. Parking agency will not listen to your dispute.

This location has been my long time go to for kids birthday parties, lunch with friends or an informal dinner with family. The service and food has always been good. My last visit on Boxing Day was a little shaky. While my son's Philly cheese steak was decent, and the kid's pizza was adequate, the side order of fries were bland and served with no ketchup. I had a Power Bowl that I chose not to have a protein option with and received veggies and quinoa literally swimming in some kind of dressing. It was a gloppy mess. Our server must be new (I sure hope so) and mumbled so quietly it was hard to hear him, he was a tad disorganized, never once offered a refill of our drinks. We stacked our plates neatly at the edge of the table as we were having dessert and they were not removed. He did not ask what the kids wanted for dessert with their kids package, we even had to remind him it was included. The ice cream portion was meager at best. The cheesecake was good. Why are the bathrooms locked? And why are girls making pizza boxes in the main dining area? I still tipped our server as I believe with proper and consistent training, he could become a better waiter. Thats on BP to do.

Rather typical food for a BP, not a suprise there... however... the washroom situation was poor. Men's was locked and required a remote to open, when the women's was left open... sometimes, a customer needs to use the washroom... what gives? Why add barrier?

I was sitting inside and honestly I was shocked at what I hear. The management guy was talking to a customer and the way he was speaking was so rude. Like why you talking so loud and announcing their whole business in front of everyone? Stuff happens, no need to let the whole bar know what went down. The disrespect was just too much.

Already the service here is not great, but hearing management talk like that made it look even worse. No privacy, no respect, nothing. I really expected better from a place like this, but seems like basic professionalism is missing.

Wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.

⭐ 1 Star – This Boston Pizza Location Needs to Be Shut Down ⭐

I honestly don’t know how this Boston Pizza location is still operating. The amount of incidents that happen here is insane, and the staff does absolutely nothing about it. Just last night, someone got robbed right outside the front door, literally in front of everyone, and the employees didn’t lift a finger. No assistance whatsoever. It was unbelievable and honestly disturbing.

On top of the lack of safety, the service is horrible. You wait forever just to be acknowledged—sometimes more than an hour. And the food? When it finally shows up, it’s cold and completely disappointing. Nothing is fresh, nothing is timely, and nothing is worth the money.

I genuinely feel like your time, safety, and money are totally wasted at this location. It’s irresponsible, it’s unsafe, and it’s extremely poorly managed. This location needs to be shut down or completely restructured, because right now? It’s unacceptable on every level

I’ve been a regular customer at this Boston Pizza for a long time, and the way I and my fiancé have been treated since the November 10th incident — when heavy metal trays stored above our booth fell and injured me — is absolutely disgusting. Instead of concern or professionalism, the staff and management now act like my fiancé and I aren’t welcome anymore.

We went from being loyal regulars to being treated with attitude and coldness. Even basic things like packaging our food when we ask for it suddenly become an issue. The change in behaviour is obvious, and it’s clearly because we spoke up about what happened. No customer should be punished for reporting an injury.

This place used to feel comfortable for regulars, but the way they treat people after an incident is appalling. And from what I’ve seen over time, their treatment of staff doesn’t seem much better.

If I could give this location a big, grand, fat negative-star rating, I absolutely would. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location

Exceptional service! The manager, Aaron, went above and beyond—he even called me on his day off just to reassure me that everything was prepared for my son’s birthday celebration. That level of care and dedication is truly rare. Our server, Ara was exceptional as well, amazing, attentive, and incredibly friendly, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Thank you for making my son’s special day unforgettable. Highly recommended! 🎉✨
