We were seated right away and our server was lovely. I ordered the NY strip loin, rare with caesar salad and roasted carrots. Worst steak ever. It was tough and full of gristle and not cooked properly. One side had been grilled fine but the other side had just been waved over the grill and it was blue rare. It was too rare even for me and mostly inedible. The "new" roasted carrots were not roasted at all but basically warm raw carrots with glaze on them. I cut off and left about half of what I ate. I could not finish any of it and couldn't eat the carrots. My husband ordered the Boston Brute which in pictures is a hefty sandwich but his has 2 thin pieces of meat in the bread and a poor representation of this sandwich. My older son ordered a steak sandwich and HIS steak was cooked exactly how he asked for it and was very good he said so not sure what happened there. We also tried the "new" caramel pecan sticky toffee pudding which was described as having candied pecans but alas when we got the plate it had not a single pecan anywhere. We will not be back to this location, we will try CrossIron next time.

I'm a big fan of Boston pizza generally but this location did not live up to expectations. The waitress didn't even ask for our drink orders. I ordered deep fried pickles as a starter. After a significant delay they finally arrived, cold with our meals. The chicken parmesan was also cold. No one even came around and asked how it was. Definitely the last time I'll be going to that dump.

This is the worst place to go for dining. The service is terrible, the manager is super ignorant and rude. Do not go there as they will not let you to take your leftovers wings and if there is something wrong with your order they will not replace your order and they will make you pay for the wrong order and the new order. The server Ricelyn said that this was the owner’s and the kitchen Manager Geeta’s policy. What the hell is wrong with this location and there is never people in here as before. We used to go here all the the time and we were regular customer but I would never go here again. They don’t even deserve the one star. I hope this gets to the owner and he has to wake up and make some changes to this restaurant’s policy.

NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! So me and my family were just going for a nice family dinner but when we enter there was no server and we had to wait 20 MINUTES just to get seated.When we were finally seated we ordered one veggie pizza and one cheese pizza because some of us are VEGETARIAN.The second the pizza comes out I see bacon and beef on one of the pizzas so I told the server Hey I ordered veggie can you go make a veggie pizza instead Because that is what I ordered.THE SERVER then tells me in RUDE tone THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED AND IF YOU WANT ANOTHER PIZZA YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.I had never been so mad in my entire life so I calmly told her no this is not what I ordered because I had ordered a veggie pizza not a meat pizza.The server the. Leaves and never came back.I left with my family and lets just say I will NEVER BE GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered off of Skip, the dishes, and when my food had arrived from this Boston Pizza, I had five cactus chips and five pieces of Thai bites in a whole box after ordering, a 27$ combo should have a lot more then that.

Picked up the honey dill bowl for takeout. I swear they cooked it right away, even though I set a specific time for pickup. The chicken was cold. The quinoa and rice was crunchy. The spinach slimy. Worst meal ever.
Rania was an exceptional waitress. Made for a wonderful girls night out with my daughters.
Kid-friendliness: Nice atmosphere to take the kids but enjoy an adult meal.

Boston pizza service was very very slow. I was waiting upto 20mintues. The receptionist lady was very rude. Her expressions are like ignoring me. I think they don’t have any etiquettes.
