I ordered a delivery which came incorrectly. However Lydia, the manager sent me out another complete order that was correct and included a free cheesecake.. She is amazing For correcting the Shortcomings of the first delivery and replacing it with the exact correct order and including a free cheesecake. I would highly recommend this Boston pizza to anybody..

Called the store; they blamed the “online system” (their own company) and refused to help. Just a shrug and “sorry.” No remake, no refund, no accountability.

We got seated right away. The server did not have a smile at all. Her attitude matched the food and the service. My pasta was overcooked. The appetizers came with the main meal. The beef dip wasn't made properly. The server didn't check up on us at all we had to find her to get service. The desserts got messed up too. For the price that we have paid. Horrible night.

Absolutely loved my experience at BPs Beddington! The vibe was cozy and welcoming, and our server Lana was super friendly, and attentive. The food was out of this world. Every dish was full of flavour and I’m still thinking about the fish tacos! Can’t wait to go back!
