We order pizza periodically for pickup and give the server on the phone specific instructions of triple pepperoni and very little cheese. I’m not sure what the problem is, maybe it’s the kitchen staff, but we’ve yet to get the pizza as ordered. If ordering a deluxe pizza that already comes with a layer of pepperoni, remove the ham and replace it with pepperoni snd add a 3rd layer of pepperoni with very little cheese is so hard to understand, that tells me the staff cannot think outside the box. No one appears to listen or care.

I attended this location for a quick bite on a Saturday, the bar was not very busy. The server stood at the bar talked to the bartender. We sat for over 15 minutes without even an acknowledgment from server. Eventually we decided to order from the bartender. Who was super friendly and nice. The server had disappeared at this point. The bartender had to check on the tables. Rather than being a siting restaurant this should be considered self serve. The servers at this location are atrocious and care more about having conversations with employees than helping customers. I didn’t realize they get paid for talking with employees. I would consider reevaluating the staff and ensuring they are aware that they are working not at work to socialize when people are present and have not been helped. Completely unacceptable. The time it took for the server to say hello is attached. Add 10 minutes on top of that prior to starting timer

I wish I could give a higher rating but sadly I was very disappointed in the customer service we received. The pizza was great but our server was very shy and barely came to check on us the entire time , we could see the kitchen and most of the staff was huddled up chatting rather than attending customers. The entire restaurant was empty at 7pm on a Friday night. Our server took a long time to get our drinks and offered us a refill after we finished eating and wasn’t very energetic and lacked social skills. I feel the way to improve this is to encourage the staff to be more attentive and less shy for that reason I did not leave a tip.

We went in on a quiet night. The food was great. The service needs work, a former staff came in to get final chq while there, so I'm assuming this location has poor management and staff are fed up, or poor owners of this location resulting in bad management and poor staffing choices. The MOD on duty was not ready for the role, and had to ask kitchen if they could make my daughter and extra chicken finger, cause she didn't know how to charge it. She also spent more time tending to the bar side then the restaurant, and was dressed in a tube top, not an appropriate choice for serving or serving in a restaurant with children. All in all we were disappointed, BPs is our fav fam restaurant, but this one will now be marked as one we will no longer return to. Their staff could learn a lot and management by visiting the one in creekside n.w. where the staff is amazing, great with kids, dress appropriately, and the manager is amazing and always visible and ready to help his staff with tables in a rush or just be there. If you go to this particular BPs I hope it's after they have taken this review to heart and made some serious changes. Kitchen staff has it together, but the rest need a lesson in work Ethic and taking your job more seriously.

A group of friends and I visited Boston Pizza to enjoy a celebration dinner. It was so cold that I had to keep my coat on the whole time. Several people ordered the Spicy Perogy pizza, and the toppings looked quite scant. I had the Salmon Power Bowl for $27. It, too, was very scant. I've enjoyed better looking and better tasting bowls from Freshii or Seed + Salt for half the price. It looked like they were trying to maximize their menu as everyone who didn't have pizza, had many of the same, cheap food items on their plates - some cooked spinach, a few carrots strings, and cucumber slices. I wasn't impressed and won't be back.

LOVE this BP's and all it's staff, I am never disappointed when I come here for whatever the occasion. J. David is by far one of my favorites as his demeanor is always upbeat and positive.
I had the best birthday ever. Feeling down and out it was too cold for others to come celebrate. So my boyfriend took me for drinks at Boston Pizza Oakridge. My gosh that staff turned my night around. Anna was a bright sunshine on a dreary day. She greeted us as we entered and asked where were’d like to sit. Choosing a cozy corner we sat as Anna asked what we’d like to drink. I added we may have dessert as its my birthday. She winked and left to get our drinks. The next thing i know the whole staff in the restaurant and bar were infront of me singing happy birthday with a special dessert treat. Anna was so sweet to make me feel amazing. She turned my night around with her polite mannerisms. Such a sweet jesture. And when we saw the bill the couple of drinks were so cheap and free dessert. A little kindness goes along way in this world. I wish more people could go out of there way to change the way people look at the world. I’ll always remember Anna’s kindness. She’s a super star in my books. I’ll be back soon. That dessert was amazing.

Went to this BP and had the Jambalaya and big ass Schooner of Ultra. Never disappoints! Server J. David was awesome, and I work in Customer Service so I think I know a thing or 2 about excellence when it comes to it. 5 Stars to him, a lot of places Service has gone to crap, but not here!
