Its a Boston pizza. You know what to expect before you go. It's a chain that has subpar food and hasn't been able to keep up with the changing food service industry. Where this place really lacks is the service and atmosphere. Service is beyond slow in both the restaurant and bar. The atmosphere is non existent. You just feel like you're at any other diner. The broken ATM and games in the foyer don't really do much to class it up either. If you're looking for BP food, it's here, but that's all you'll get.

Ate with friends at Southland Location. My Chicken Caesar Salad was good. Generous portion and chicken was not dry. Service was prompt and professional. Ambient was ok. I found the price high for a lunch -size portion at almost $19 CAD. More likely $14-$15 would be adequate. My friends were satisfied with their food and service as well.

I called this place and some girl (I believe her name was Emily or such) kept on hanging up and refusing to answer the phone, instead our family walked into the restaurant where we requested to talk to the manager due to the previous events and we were just left ignored
