Great service and fast food! Stopped in at Boston Pizza and had a surprisingly great experience. Our waitress was super kind, friendly, and didn’t hover — just checked in enough to make sure we were good. Placed our order and boom — food was out in under 10 minutes. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. Overall, solid service and a smooth visit.

Tonight we went in after out evening with the fam we were told very clearly they had $10 fish bowls! So two of us ordered fishbowl in accordance. The food came out at very uneven times! The kids food came almost 10 minutes before the last dish hit mean the were well well into there meals by the time we got to eat.
Upon receiving the checks both of the fishbowl we priced over $16 where we had told the waitress for her to ask her “supervisor” whom deducted $2 off the bill and then came to the table to let us know it was a favor even though we were being charge more then we were told even with there “favor” After some extreme rude commentary was exchange our poor server ended paying for our drink her self which was apparently the only option given to her my her supervisor
Extremely unprofessional experience and besides our actual waitress being AMAZING!!!!
We will not be back if that’s how not only customers are treated but staff too that’s ridiculous!

This is our favourite BP location. The food is always amazing, generous portions (like lots of cheese and toppings on the pizzas, tons of cotton candy on the kids drink), always cooked well. The best! Great service too.

The food was fresh and very tasty, portions are good, the atmosphere was very nice and theres a variety of seating options. Julian our server was amazing he was so kind and made sure we had the best experience. He was so attentive and mentioned to us that the caesar salad had bacon in it which we weren’t aware of and we do no eat bacon. Definitely will be back this location is amazing.

We stopped in to this location tonight for dinner. The place was clean, the waitress was friendly and so was the rest of the staff. The issue came when it was time to bring food. We ordered an appy, which showed up after our food showed up. Which kinda defeats the purpose of an appy. Was also given all this food but zero napkins, or forks/knives to be able to eat it. Only half of one meal showed and when brought up it took almost 15min to get the other half. Kinda messed up, I don't know if the confusion was with the waitresses or the kitchen staff but not good. Sadly I wonder if this has todo with why this place was so dead for a Friday night. My food was ice cold, including the rice underneath which cold be how it's served so didn't say anything. Sadly we won't try this location again when we are back in Calgary next time. I really wish I could give more stars for service but the delays, the mix ups with timings, and lack of organization is why it's rated at what it is.

We like to sit on your patio, unfortunately there’s been no music to drown out the traffic in a few years. Would love if you could fix this. Our server Katie is amazing even remember how we liked our drinks.
