We ordered some pizza to go only to find a huge black hair in the ranch dip. Not sure if the hair came from pizza or the dipping sauce, but it is just nasty and we certainly will not be back. The hair colour is very different from mine and could not have come from me. Maybe consider getting some hairnets for your kitchen staff and stop selling nasty food to people!!!

Bps Riverbend in my 13yrs of frequenting the establishment has somehow made it become my local watering hole even though I don’t live in the neighborhood. All of the staff and regulars over the years have made it feel like my home away from home. I kinda feel like Norm from Cheers and everyone knows your name when you walk in. Unfortunately over the years, staff and management changes regularly so it’s not easy keeping long term relationships with everyone. There’s always great additions to the staff that do stick around long term like Michelle, MJ, Jenna, Dani, Emma, Tara, Olivia and of course Jenavieve who’s now worked her way up to bartending. I apologize if I’ve forgotten anyone, it’s just such a long list of great server’s that have impacted my life! All of these ladies have done an amazing job in the time that they’ve spent here and hopefully long into the future! People like Jenavieve that are doing their best to learn about the regulars so she can interact better is great for making everyone feel at home. I hope that Bps keeps the tradition of the best server’s in the world for a long time to come! Bps Riverbend is a must stop if you’re looking for great food, great service and longtime friendship!

We ordered take out last night and it was a complete disappointment. The side roasted carrots consisted of of six tiny undercooked, but somehow still burnt carrot sticks. The chicken tacos were also charred and not done well (how do you ruin tacos)? There was a missing side of fries and just overall yuck.

We were in this restaurant last night for dinner and was very disappointed with the food and service. I had ordered a lasagna and it was very dry. I asked for more sauce and they insisted in remaking it. Okay fine but the second one was very dry again which I took home cuz the rest of the group was done eating. The service was very slow. She couldn’t get drinks right kept mixing everyone up at the tables drinking so who knows at that point if we were sharing cups. The overall time there was disappointing especially for a BP. And it wasn’t busy at all there was a couple tables.

We used to eat at this location a lot. But service has gone downhill. The food is good (no issues there), but we always seem to be forgotten about by our servers at this location for some reason. There were 4 tables there, not too busy but our server was chatting in the back and forgot our coffee, then I had to flag her down minutes later for the waters we asked for. We waited for 15 minutes until we saw her again to ask for our bill. The service started going down as soon as we presented our kids BP cards (maybe they thought that would affect their tip?)
On a different occasion, we had ordered a pepperoni pizza and they brought us a cheese by mistake, they then asked if we were ok to put our pepperoni on ourselves if they brought some over, which we didn’t want to do, we pay for it to be served that way, not to make our own pizza. It appeared that they were a bit inconvenienced by this request.
I think we will be looking for a new location to eat at going forward, or order pick up from now on at this specific location. I hope other BP restaurants have higher standards for customer service.

This location was insanely busy for a Sunday. I think they were down a bus person, so alot of the tables were filthy. I felt bad for the staff cause they seemed really run off their feet. It took a but to get seated and then when we were I did get a call an we had to leave. We ended up picking up someone else to go out for supper and Just went to a different location. I hope the staff got some much needed rest that night cause they looked very wiped after their rush. Maybe the manager needs more bus ppl idk. Will return to this location in the future as I'm thinking this may not have been the norm.
We enjoy coming to the Riverbend location with the kids as it’s always welcoming with great food. Tonight’s server Xong was friendly, kind and efficient and we will be back again. Thank you.
