We had a large group (30+) last night and it went so smoothly. The staff was very kind and patient with everyone. We preordered to speed things up and that all came out right away. They have a private area upstairs that was perfect for the entire team to be able mingle. Highly recommend this BP’s!

Took more than 10 minutes to get a seat for 2 on a slow week night (seats were empty).
Pizza was crunchy at the bottom but the sauce was cold (really cold). I just had a few bites and decided to just take it home and put it in the oven.
When I asked for the bill, it took them more than 10 minutes (again, it was a slow night). I decided to just stand up and pay in front only to pass by around 5-8 staff on their phone and chit chatting instead of handing the bill. Will definitely not go back and not recommend this branch.
There many more to write about this experience but I’ll save it.

My wife and I went for a quick lunch today. The new manager Brian served us and was fantastic. He made sure sure we had everything we needed. The order was accurate hot and came out quickly. The $15 lunch menu is a great deal!! Thanks Brian!

In the month of January, I’ve been to the Boston Pizza on 85th a few times and every time the service has been very good. The first time I went with my whole family for dinner and all the pasta dishes were delicious. Drinks were cold and everything was great.They are super pacient with the kids! Today I went again for the lunch menu and it was just as good great food, good prices, and super fast service. I’m honestly impressed that it wasn’t even busy. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

The staff here are soooooooooooo patient, positive and understanding. We brought 18 U13 hockey kids here and 5 coaches for a pizza party/meeting upstairs in the private party area.
The kids were understandably rowdy to eat some good food and have fun with their teammates and coaches and the staff just smiled and served quickly and joked around with the kids.
A little detail that made a difference to the kids was the Capabara Keychain vending machine by the front door. The kids were clamoring to get their own surprise egg and see what would be inside. Apparently, it is not just coins anymore, but also TAP to get them!
It is nice that on a Tuesday night they have half priced wine 🍷 😀

I called and ordered TWO simple things. A Thai wrap and a boston burger with fries. The girl on the phone made me restate my order 4 times. And then she repeated it back to me so I felt confident that she FINALLY got the order right. (i understand if she is new). BUT the worst part is I got home and realized they never gave me a burger…they gave me a whole new sandwich i never ordered. I called and asked for a refund. And they said they can’t do it and that they won’t even give me the 46 dollars in cash. I have to wait and rely on the manager to call me back and the payment could take up to 30 days????? not accommodating what so ever.

We ordered from skip the dishes and it came from the BPs and this was the most disappointing and disgusting food we have ever had from BPs. It is clear their quality has gone significantly downhill, the pizzas looked like something you would get a children's play place. I don't know if it is just this location or the company has a whole. But the quality is not there it is cheap gross food.
