Boston Pizza

This rating gets a one star as the restaurant gave our food (that we ordered for pickup through UBER) to a random skip the dishes driver. They didn't bother checking the names, so now someone else has our food. When we checked the food after it was remade, it had been all thrown together in a box. So the triple play that is 3 appetizers looks like a colossal mess. We picked up this order 5 minutes after it was remade, and walked a very short distance to the car. There is absolutely NO REASON why our food should be thrown together so poorly. The restaurant is critically understaffed, so management needs to get on top of things here.

Empty restaurant waitress was snobby and rushed us to leave, ordered water got iced tea. Had to ask for lunch menu at lunch time Food was fantastic thoe .

Asked for highchair for three times, finally, I started wallking around to find one.,
The salad quality was horrible,
Ordered a Beer that was never Served.
Asked for a box to take the leftover pizza, didn't come, walked to ask for it again., when back they have put all food in trash...
Never back this place again.

Came in last night with my son and his girlfriend for dinner. Had appetizers and mains. Hailey took care of us and made it a great experience with her energy, attention, and timing. See if you can sit in Hailey's section. Fantastic.

And food was amazing

Tonight: Ordered pizza bread, sauce, beers, wings and pizza. All the food was semi-warm, had to give a reminder about the sauce, waited 20 mins for my 2nd beer, the glass with my water had noticeable lipstick on it (gross). We visit about once a week. Very disappointing!

I’m not sure if Rowena was having a long day or just not in the mood, but her overall attitude during our visit was noticeably off. From the moment we were seated, her energy felt unwelcoming—no smile, minimal engagement, and a lack of warmth that you’d expect from someone in customer service.

She did come to our table once, but after that, there was no follow-up or check-in, which made us feel overlooked. I normally wouldn’t mind if service is simple and efficient, but her demeanor genuinely affected the atmosphere of our meal. Unfortunately, it rubbed off on us too.

What made it even more disappointing is that it was a special occasion for my family—our Eid Mubarak celebration. A bit of kindness and attentiveness would have gone a long way in making our experience more enjoyable.

I hope this feedback helps improve future service and reminds staff how much their attitude can shape a guest’s experience.

Literally the worst pizza I’ve had in my entire life. Ironic considering the brands name. Not to mention the horrible service. I have never encountered such a terrible server. A total waste of my money.

It was fantastic. The waitress was fantastic and very beautiful.
