Boston Pizza

I placed an order tonight, got home, and realized it was missing the most important part, the protein. I called right away, and they told me it would be ready by the time I arrived. When I got there, it still wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting for them to make the protein, which was a complete waste of time.

I asked to speak with the manager, and a this manager came out, offering no apology or concern, just saying my meal was “being prepared.” Absolutely unacceptable service from top to bottom. I will never return to this location, and the worst BP location.

Took my family here to eat yesterday for dinner. Our server Hailey was very attentive and patient with my kids. The food good, definitely recommend the Parmesan shrimp Alfredo!

We went to this BP location a little while ago and had a poor experience. The manager reached out and gave us a coupon to try the location again. This time, we had prompt service and very friendly service. Our server was helpful and the food was great. Thank you BP.

I’m currently eating at this location as writing my review. The Staff are on their A game, and the atmosphere is really welcoming and the food is delicious. It’s a decent volume of costumer’s but I feel we did not have to wait long for our food to arrive. Thanks

Myself and 2 co-workers were working in the mall and finished up a job and wanted to sit down for a quick beer. It was around 11:25pm on Sept 29 and we tried the Keg + Milestones who were unfortunately closed. This Boston Pizza’s location promotes it is open until 12am on Mondays, we tried to go in but were refused service and waved off by the staff member working that night. not upset just confused and disappointed by the hours posted.

We have been to this Boston Pizza several time and this location has consistently put out superior food.

There's a BP blocks from our house, but we rather drive to this location because every single dish we get has tasted better here.

We always get either the Boston-sized Burger, the Fiesta Salad, or the Grilled Chicken Clubhouse. We have had all 3 here and they have always met our expectations.

The kids always get the Kids Chicken Tenders and Fries which they are always happy with.

I wished the chefs here can train the other BP's.

Absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. The food was absolutely delicious. Dining here is always pleasure thanks to both amazing foods and outstanding service. I can’t wait to come back
