Had a quick lunch at this location. A small spinach and mushroom penne lunch...really delicious! Plus a small soup which was my choice of a side. Came with a drink which really surprised me. I'll come back in future for this. Very nice server, attentive but not intrusive. Nice atmosphere.

The food was good; but my glass of water with signs of lipstick of someone else wasn't what I had expected. What made it worse was the justification of server who belived that the glass is not dirty. With all respect, I would not come back.

It's your typical Boston pizza but I think it's a new location so everything's very clean and new. They don't have vlts which is a positive for me.

I went in for a steak sandwich it was a Sunday wasn't very busy went to the sports bar thought I could sit anywhere cuz there was pretty much only a few people in there one of the waitresses or the hostess had come up to me and said that I have to sit in this section if no one's going to sit with me I have to sit at the bar or have to sit in the dining section and I said I didn't want to sit in the dining section I didn't want to set the bar and she said okay well I have to get my manager and I ended up just sitting at the bar so that in itself was absolutely ridiculous as for the food the steak itself was full of fat for the price they charge now over 20 bucks for a little thin steak that was full of fat the mashed potatoes were good the bartender / waiter was nice accommodating but the atmosphere was pretty bad after my discussion with that hostess it seemed that she wanted to chat with her waiter waitress friends there about the incident you can feel the vibes all in all not a great place overpriced I wouldn't go back

my bf and i went to this restaurant after being in the mall to buy clothes and all, and then went to eat dinner together on oct 15.

we decided to order all together, rather than separately, so in that way we could try out more menus together.

we ordered the pizza which was “boston royal”. i just ate 2 pieces of it because it was not what i expected.. i was expecting it to have more flavour, as well as the texture of the dough will be soft, but out of my expectations, it was completely opposite. it had no exact flavour, and i really could not tell what i was supposed to be tasting, except for the shrimp. if i were to rate this pizza out of 5, i will give it a 2/5. 1 point for the shrimp, and the other for how pretty it looks. (my bf did not even like it that after he finished one slice, we just got it in a to-go box) ⭐️⭐️ ☆ ☆ ☆

for the second meal, we got a pasta which is always my favourite “the hungry carnivore”. i love the fact that is has so many ingredients, and so much variety of flavours, it makes me feel like my money is worth it. i will give it a 4/5. 1 point lost because my bf did not like it a bit. (he is picky😕) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ☆

last but not least, the fried wings!! always a 5/5 because i always love how well cooked it is, and i hate it when im eating them, and i suddenly see blood, or uncooked parts, it’s very uncomfortable. however, this boston never fails to amaze me with how chewy and tender their wings are. we recommend to get more pieces, as it is SO good, and you would want it more!! 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

if i was going to talk about the server, she was alright i guess. she did not come over to us ever, just when she was taking orders from new customers near us, that is when she would come over. i mean come on.. what if we need something? 🙁. it was not that busy too! ⭐️⭐️ ☆ ☆ ☆

I was sat down with my family and we ordered our food and it took 45 minutes for food to come because they made the new girl do it all herself. My food was frozen cold and the meat was under cooked and I asked for no jalapeños or olives on my plate and they put extra and not to mention we got ignored when asking for drinks

We took our son who has sensory issues to this location. We called ahed and asked if it was okay if we brought outside food in for him since he is very picky. We are a family of four and still wanted to order for us and our other child. The person we spoke to told us it's no issue at all and to come in. We show up, sit down and the server walks up to us and her face said it all, she looked pissed off and just stood there staring at us. Then proceeded to tell us we aren't allowed outside food and if her manager was here we would have an issue and get kicked out. We told her we called ahed to check if it was okay and she still stuck with her story that it's an issue. We almost walked out because we have never had such bad service and been spoken to that way especially since our son has sensory issues and felt very unwelcome. I was a server in the industry for a long time and my husband used to be in the industry as well and we know good service and bad service and would never speak to anyone the way she did and not make a family feel that way. We will never be back and that woman should feel absolutely ashamed of herself for making a family feel that way.

Going to a movie and decided to stop in for dinner beforehand, big mistake. I ordered a create your own pasta, I ordered spaghetti with marinara sauce and three meatballs, or at least that's what the menu said, my partner ordered a sandwich with sweet potato fries. The pasta came with one meatball, when mentioned that they said it only came with one, but they'd give me two more for an extra charge and the garlic toast was burnt. We looked online at their menu and it said three meatballs, but the server and manager disagreed with us. I asked to see a menu to see if I just read it wrong, but was never given one. My partners fries were cold and old and he was not given the dipping sauce for his fries. After we spoke with the manager on duty the new fries he requested were better and came with the dipping sauce. I was also brought the two meatballs their menu originally said it came with at no charge. My partners sandwich was supposed to have grilled onions, they were raw. He was never offered a refill on his drink, I got one after requesting it. You can't access the restaurant from inside the mall, which is annoying, but whatever. I won't be returning to another Boston Pizza based on my experience with this one location. I would not recommend it to anyone.
