I've been waiting over 1/2 hr and still nothing showed up. It's 10pm, they're not that busy.

Had a great time watching the ALCS game 7 Cody the bartender was killer always checking in, but still leaving us be to watch the game, was able to throw the volume on the game on and turn it up. The atmosphere was electric come the 7th inning everyone was cheering for the jays! Was a great experience when it was only suppose to be a beer or two evening, turned into plenty of beer night and met a a buddy at the bar!!

All around was great time.

Erica took over on bartending when Cody was done shift and we settled up with him and Erica kept us busy for the remainder of the night! And she was also incredible and took good care of us

Coming back tonight! With a buddy to watch Game 3!! Hoping for the same atmosphere and service!!

Lovely experience. Went to the Seton location with my family. The food was very good. Our server Sophie D. was awesome. Friendly and warm. She interacted with my granddaughter and made her night! Thank you, Sophie! We will definitely return.

Stupid Golf System that have in house when you trying to eat or talk you hear full swing and then Bang from the ball it a really dumb thing to have when your customers are trying to eat and talk and not jumping every 10 sec.. Food and Services 10/10.

Had such an amazing experience thanks to Sophie. She was super sweet, on top of everything, and just made the whole meal feel easy and fun. You can tell they actually care about their guests. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a while at a boston pizza

Came in after work for a drink Sayde A and her trainee Haylee We’re not only fantastic but very knowledgable and informed us about the bottle of wine which made our day and we absolutely will be back because the service was phenomenal

The staff are great and the place is nice, but today we ordered the Hungry Carnivore, and it showed up completely bland and without any sauce or taste, it was a very disappointing experience (this normally isnt the case, usually its pretty good, not sure if this is a one-off).

On a slow Monday night, waited five minutes before a host even showed up at the front. The guy waiting to pick up his take out in front of us already looked annoyed, so who knows how long he waited.

Host said she'd check on a table for us, vanished for a couple more minutes. Appeared out the kitchen entrance and made eye contact. Startled look, briskly went to the dining room. Two minutes later came back to seat us. Dining room has fifteen empty tables, not sure what she was checking for.

Get seated, ten minutes go by without even a drink check. Servers hanging out chatting at their order station. Go to front to ask host to send a server to our table. Coming back to table, server is at the table of people seated after us.

Got up and left. Twenty minutes to get seated into a half-empty restaurant is too much when another BPs is five minutes away on 130th ave, along with other options seconds away.

Very disappointing service. Owner should check on how their business is being managed.

Bartender was catering to the male patrons. She stood around and prioritized the patrons who drank alcohol. Do better Boston Pizza at Seton.
