Had Taylor as my server at Boston pizza seton and she was incredible shes usually working at shawnessy Boston pizza but says she bounces between both. Treated everyone who walked in like an old friend and kept the energy fun and somehow made the whole place feel brighter. Service was quick, genuine, and honestly the kind that makes you want to stay a little longer than planned ( paying for it today ) Hope she’s working more I wouldn’t mind if she made it a habit of stealing the spotlight

My families go to spot for date night or family night! The restaurant side is very well maintained and welcoming to young families (mine are 1&3)
The bar side has a good selection of VLT's, good amount of screens, great ambience and even live music occasionally!
I haven't tried the virtual sports offered there, but I have seen lot's of groups having fun!

Avery Sadie & The Manager Tyler are the Absolute Best! They always go above & Beyond for my Sister & I when we go for dinner or lunch! They always make a point to personally make us feel special & like part of the Boston Pizza family! We have been to other Boston Pizza restaurants & the Seton location blows them out of the water in every way! Thank you friend for being World Class in food & service!

This place is absolute trash, through and through. Forget about the overpriced frozen-box food that they serve. The management (Mel, Cory, Livy & co.), are rotten right down to the core. They treat the majority of their staff like garbage, other than their select favorites.
I only gave this place 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option.

Absolute worst service we’ve ever had. Ever. A group of us came in, about eight adults and eight kids. It was 2 o’clock, so after the lunch rush, and there was only a couple of small tables in the lounge area. We were the only table in the restaurant. We ordered our food and drinks, our server forgot most of the drinks and had to be reminded. 45 minutes after our order was taken, the server came back to clarify a couple things About our order ( as he had yet to put it through to the kitchen) It took another 45 minutes for order to come. The server Only cleared our plates on half of one of the tables. We ordered our desserts and the children ordered desserts that came with their menu item. 30 minutes later we asked for the bill, At this point, the restaurant had filled up. He brought over all the wrong bills to absolutely everyone with extra items and wrong items. We asked when the dessert was coming, and he said that he wasn’t sure was coming because he still had to make it. Offered apologies and his only excuse was that it was very busy. Even though we were the only table and the restaurant for the first hour and a half. He could’ve got us out of there before the rush came Had he not been standing in the back chitchatting with other coworkers. Weended up, leaving and forfeiting the kids ice cream (that came with their food) and left. As the rest of the table was fixing their bills. The desserts came to them. Actually, the worst service that I’ve ever had in my life.
