When our meal was done I had a gift card that I got for a Xmas present. The waitress had peeled some numbers off the back and so she couldn’t read them. It was to be scratched off. Proceeded to blame me right in front of my friend. When asked to speak to a manger well he didn’t help much but for me to phone the back of the card to send me a new one. Well that was poor as he never offered to apologize for the waitress that peeled off the numbers and she did my friend and I had watched her struggle. Instead of apologizing he blamed me and for that there’s no way I will ever return to a Boston pizza again. Food was good the waitress was good until the end playing the blaming game when she knew she did the mistake. Won’t be back.

I dropped my daughter and her cousin off for dinner before a movie. Both are 16, quiet girls. They were seated but not served. They tried to flag down the server and were ignored and got up and left after half an hour. They flagged the servers down 3 times. Very rude… and the server should get off her high horse. You work at Boston Pizza. You’re not anyone to judge two young girls trying to get food. I told them to leave a very good tip, too. I hope you go hungry tonight as well.

The waiter was inattentive, and we had to ask for refills each time. She was nice but, just kinda dull. But that's a minor inconvenience at most.What really made the situation bad was when our BBQ chicken pizza came out. We requested no onions. It came with onions. We mentioned it, and the food runner went and sorted it out. The manager was the one who brought the new pizza to us. He was ignorant as can be and just dumped the pizza on the table and left. No, hi, bye, sorry, anything. Then we realized they made the second replacement pizza with almost no bacon.Foods good, staff is fine. But the manager sucks, and the franchise owner may want to look into replacing him.Kid-friendliness: Good kid menu

Ordered a bbq pizza without onions. It came out with onions, no big deal. We kindly asked for it with no onions. It looked like a manager who brought out another Pizza. He layed it down and walked away while I was in the middle of apologizing and saying thank you. Just a general rude atmosphere after us being very kind about a very minor issue. Very unnecessary and uncomfortable experience.

I don't often write reviews but felt compelled to after I recieved the BEST service I've had in a long time. Ella is an absolute gem of a person, she was so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and special requests I had. It's incredibly hard to find service like Ella provided and due to her and her kindness I'll not only be back, but I will recommend seton bps to my friends if they want a great night out. ELLA YOU ROCK!
