I order the lunch special, simple order, pizza, salad and a green tea. I had to wait 30 minutes for my lunch. When it arrived, pizza was dry and cold, and my salad was drowned in oil. The worse service and lunch I have ever had at a BP

Great place for a consistent chain. Pizza and wings are the norm. Was really let down by the size of the wing portions. I ordered a double which is 2 pounds and got 15 wings. Doubtful it was 2 pounds to be honest.
Pizza was on point as always. Service was good as well. No complaints but if youre wanting your money worth, grab pasta on Tuesdays. Overall good meal, just getting a bit pricy as it was $142 with tip for 3 adults and 2 kids. 2 pizzas, wings and cactus cut fries with 1 cocktail.

Awful service from Boston Pizza. I picked up my order — three items: spaghetti (they missed the garlic bread), yam fries (no sauce included), and spinach and artichoke dip (they only sent the bread, no dip). They called to inform me that a few items were missed and said they’d send them right away. It’s been over an hour, and nothing has arrived. Are they really expecting me to wait that long to eat? The food isn’t even in good condition anymore after sitting for an hour.

Pretty decent pizza. Bit expensive, best if you can use a coupon/promo if you have one.

Went in to watch the Blue Jays game, and had an amazing time! Mara was a huge part of this experience, she was very busy and seemed to be doing it by herself, but did her absolute best to make sure I was always taken care of and always had a fresh beer! I would 100% recommend coming here to watch all your favourite sports!

Just a note that Emma did a fabulous job serving my friend and I yesterday. She was friendly and attentive. She exemplified excellent customer service....Thanks a lot Emma...Hope you had a great rest of your Thanksgiving and hope you see this.
This is my second time ordering takeout from this location this year, and I’m disappointed once again. I ordered the Triple Play meal, and not only did the food appear to be thrown carelessly into the boxes, but the Cactus Cut Potatoes and Thai Chicken Bites were also combined into one container. By the time I reached my destination, the food was soggy and didn’t taste that great. The Thai Chicken Bites looked like a single chicken strip cut into five small pieces, which is honestly unacceptable. What kind of portion size is that? The portion size for Cactus Cut Potatoes was also very small. Other Boston Pizza locations typically separate each item into its own container, provide reasonable portion sizes, and present the food with care. They also didn’t offer any cutlery or napkins, and there weren’t any in the bag. This seems like a basic standard for takeout that was completely overlooked. Some customers have food aversions, prefer their food not to touch, or simply don’t want to eat soggy meals. We all work hard for our money and deserve appropriately portioned food that is packaged thoughtfully. Please do better!
Our go to BP when the kids are looking for wings n things. Staff is always friendly, and very attentive before and during our stay. Some days are busier than others, but we've never had to wait for seating in the many years here.
