We been here and other many times and my family and I love the Creekside location the most. Nikki our server and Charlie the manager are the best. If there was one thing to ask for is that the cactus chips be fried in a separate deep frier so fries and wings don't pick up the spiciness for the kids.

Have great customer serive experience at the Symons Valley location. Our server Nikki is attentive to details, very friendly with kids and response quickly with your needs, even during busy hours. Manger Charles always greet us with a big smile and check in to make sure everything is great. Our family loves to coming this location.

Ordered takeout for a birthday party yesterday. Driver was 30 minutes late when I ordered it the previous day. Had to call two time before the driver arrived and didn't apologize or anything. Driver just handed us our pizza and didn't say a word. Would not recommend doing takeout delivery again. Glad I didn't tip in advance.

There was a slight error in our order in the kitchen however, our server Nikki and Manager Quinton were amazing in following through and they correcting the error. We went for dinner at BP in Creekside, and the service was excellent, Nikki our server was respectful, kind, making sure we were perfectly taken care of. The food arrived shortly after we ordered; both pizza were delicious and she always made sure we had our drink refills.
In the other hand, Charlie the manager, was attentive not only to our table but to all the customers. He came over to greet us, and when we told him my niece was visiting us for the first time, he welcomed her to Canada.
Outstanding service!!! Thank you Nikki and Charlie definitely see you soon again.
Mara was absolutely phenomenal! My boyfriend and I came in for date night and she was quick to explain the specials for the evening and offered us amazing suggestions, the chicken and mushroom fettuccine is to die for! We will definitely be making this a regular date night spot and will be requesting Mara by name!

She’s incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels taken care of. Her drink-making skills are top-notch, and she’s super knowledgeable about the menu. Whether it’s your first visit or you’re a regular, Mara makes you feel like a VIP every time. The service is fast, the bar is spotless, and the atmosphere she creates is unbeatable. Boston Pizza is lucky to have someone like Mara on their team. She turns a regular outing into something memorable. Highly recommend!
