i tried taking my girlfriend to dinner, we went to use the washroom together, as we’re both female, one stall was taken so we went into the same one, as girls do. n five workers came into the small restroom, to kick us out. we washed our hands, n sat down at our booth and they told us “we’re not comfortable serving you” and kicked us out and as we left they said “this is a family restaurant that was inappropriate” i’m honestly confused, we were using the washroom and nothing inappropriate was happening as were in a public bathroom and have self respect. if this was two straight woman this would have never happened. boston pizza isn’t as inclusive as i thought.

Natasha was one of the best servers I’ve had she’s super sweet super nice so pretty and it’s the best ever

Amazing late night meal, asked for kids menu because i wanted something small and didnt say no! (They usually do lol)
Our server natasha was amazing!! Super nice and patient if i could give her 10 stars i would!! Love her definitely made my experience 100% better!!!

SHOUTOUT TO NATASHA!! first time being at this location and she was so super sweet despite it being so late and she was so smiley. Also the only BP location that lets anyone of any age order from the kids menu which is great for those with less of an appetite. thank you so much for serving us so amazingly natasha!

If a restaurant finds a bug in a drink they usually replace it in a timely manner. It took my party three tries to get that drink again. It was a small bug, maybe it got lost in the ice and they did not believe us. Who knows. We went for a birthday and my party asked three times about desserts through three different servers. Eventually one server said “I believe so” and at the end we were told we needed to download an app before we could get a free dessert. To top it off they did not believe us and asked for ID to prove the birthday claim. In all my years going to restaurants for birthdays my parties have only ever needed to provide ID for alcohol. This was rude and felt too serious for a slice of cake. I can understand policies or inventory issues but if you can replace an item due to cleanliness issues you can give a slice of cake for a misunderstanding.

They kept their cool and stayed respectful, but it was just so excessive for what? We even tipped a modest amount regardless of how poor the experience was.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Boston pizza ! The food was absolutely delicious, with the mushroom spinach Pasta being the highlight of the evening. Roshan, Nikki and all the staff there were very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service truly made the visit special. Highly recommend this place — I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place used to be good... what happened?!? Our waitress disappeared for 15 minutes after we ordered our drinks. When they finally came, they were good. Then, we ordered the Hungry Carnivore pasta and a chicken mushroom Alfredo with the gluten free noodles. The chicken mushroom Alfredo was a total flop! Cold noodles, raw mushrooms and almost NO SAUCE! The Carnivore pasta was COLD on the outside and HOT in the middle. And the garlic cheese toast was small, really small. We sent the Alfredo back so they could 'heat it up' and add more sauce. It came back mediocre at best. Sad. We spent the day hiking and were looking foreward to some hearty pasta, but instead, an utter disappointment.
Bye-bye Boston Pizza, it was nice knowin' ya. Whatever has changed, wasn't for the better... but thanks for taking the Alfredo off the bill, that was decent of you.

Country hills Calgary- Individual size deluxe-perfect size for one person says a lady I know - blue cheese dip for the crust (various available,) a cola and glancing at sports on various screens. Pizza was really yummy! The place wasn't a zoo - well kept and clean and we enjoyed ourselves without getting dressed up.
