The saddest looking buffalo chicken pizza. All crust. Nothing like advertised. Also chicken where??

I remember a time when BP was great, fast service good food. Now it's really gone... waited a long time for even acknowledgement we were there, 1 menu for 5 people, took about an hour to get an order in, and when it came it was all wrong. Learned my lesson, it's not the same place.

The portions are generous. The staff are friendly. The place is decently appointed, but the food leaves much to be desired, especially for the price

I have ordered the grilled chicken pecan salad and it tasted great, the pecan was crispy and sweet, together with the crunchy vegetables, tomato, bacon chips and tender chicken which made the salad so content. It would be great if the 5 pieces chicken portion can be increased. My friend has ordered the sirloin steak and it looked good in particular the grilled carrots. The waiter was very helpful and friendly, he came to our table several times to refill our coffee. In all the dining experience was good.

I have had better in other Boston Pizzas. Pizza was cold, the cheese was lacking, crust wasn't as good as it usually is. Although, the service was good and the staff was friendly!

Food was great , service was shitty. Server Alliyah was super bitchy didn’t even pay any notice to us and had us waiting for 30 minutes after asking for the bill even after I had notified her through the iPad. I will not be coming back here. I’ve never been treated so shitty from a server before but she’s not one for this industry that’s for sure. I won’t be coming back here not only alliyah all staff were disrespectful 2 girls on the bar side watched us walk in and stand at the door and didn’t say a word.

Great place to go after work for a good meal and a beer. Service was great the staff are really friendly.

i tried taking my girlfriend to dinner, we went to use the washroom together, as we’re both female, one stall was taken so we went into the same one, as girls do. n five workers came into the small restroom, to kick us out. we washed our hands, n sat down at our booth and they told us “we’re not comfortable serving you” and kicked us out and as we left they said “this is a family restaurant that was inappropriate” i’m honestly confused, we were using the washroom and nothing inappropriate was happening as were in a public bathroom and have self respect. if this was two straight woman this would have never happened. boston pizza isn’t as inclusive as i thought.
