Absolute worst service I've had in years. Took more than 20 mins to get a glass of water. Several groups came and left before we even got food. Manager absent.

We went there as a family for a wing night. The server was polite and quick with orders. Some of the wings were really big, and flavors couldn't be tasted. Besides that it is recommended to go.

The portion size is disappointing. This was 30$ including the extra meat which was $7 for the chicken. The image shows something that does not exactly resemble what is portrayed in the photo. There is no guacamole either, and sour cream and cheese seem to take up 1/4 of the container, the rice does not even cover the entire bottom of the container and there is not much meat at all, maybe 4 chunks.

The food was great it did not take long for the foods and drinks to be brought to the table and the service was good also. They were very friendly

Service really good have sports bar and games pool tables as well. Service really good.

On November 15/24 @ 6:21pm, I ordered 1 Seven Cheese Ravioli and 1 can of 7up through Skip The Dishes. Paid $36.92. Receipt #658011189.
When the order arrived I received 2 cans of 7up. No ravioli. I then did a thumbs down to Skip and at 7:30pm they gave me a refund of $4.20.
That’s pretty expensive pop! I will not order from Boston Pizza again!

The worstest experience Even. We went to the restaurant for my wife's birthday. The food is fine, But the service is the worstest.
We Got 2 situations which we never had in any restaurant before:
1, During the meal, there was only one waitress doing the pizza box on the floor, We asked her to order the dessert for both of our kids. Her answer is "you need to find your service to order" and walk away. Both me and my wife was shocked. We all have experiences to work in the restaurant when we were young, we understand she probably won't make any tips from our table, but I don't think this is the reason to answer like this and walk away.
2. We decide to pay and leave, "our services" took over 5 mins and bring a wrong bill to us which is $126, We read the bill and found it is wrong. She came back with our bill which is $95. There are only 3 tables which is serviced By that waitress, and the other 2 tables Paid already. To be honest, We usually not read the bill, but we usually have an idea about how much roughly it will be. I won't say they did on purpose, but there are only 3 tables. Watch your bills if you still decide to eat here!!!
Then I told the waitress what happened, She said the girl just worked here as her first day. She Feel Sorry about what happen, and asked us to wait. We wait another 5 mins, the manager on duty comes to us with bill and said nothing. I asked her is she is the manager, she said yes, and I asked her did her heard about anything, she said yes, the waitress told me. And that's it. She didn't explain anything or apologize. I was shock again. But what she did make me never surprised about what happened earlier. I told her again what happened, she said the girl was her first day, she don't know how to help. But if she can't service, she can get training first or at least say"it's my first day, let me get someone for you"
About the wrong bill, the manager's answer is she think it is normal to make mistakes, and used the word she think it is a"honest mistake". But if we didn't find it? What will happen?
Got home and found their Google review as 3.6. And we are not the only one have this kind of experience. Good job Boston pizza. Not Even compare to other restaurant, just compare to other location. You guys are the worstest.
I am looking forward to see you shut down and change to a different restaurant because I will never go to this location anymore.

Love this location for kids, we always go on Tuesdays to see the balloon guy, he honestly makes the trip out with small kids so special we come once a month just to see him! He is funny, takes the time to chat with the kids and if it’s slow we even get some magic tricks! The staff are so friendly, genuinely happy to see us and overall great atmosphere. We tell all our friends this is the location to go on Tuesday nights!

We come here after sports at Vivo and the food is great, kids love it, service on the ball and the entertainment (balloon guy) makes us want to come back. Non stop laughter with him and very creative with the balloon figures.

Taking my weekly Jambalaya… portion of my meal was cold… no refill for my Diet coke and no visit during my meal … is it good? Need something else…??? Bahhhh
Very basic… even while paying my bill i had basic reaction.. 13% tip was really too much for my experience at this Boston pizza… wtf… i ll go back to the other one next time.

Went for a quick family bite before a movie. Had extremely fast service, GM food was great and portions were large. Had the hockey on too so overall great experience.

Totally scrimped on chicken portions and refused my complaint twice :/ server was nice manager wasn't. Manager didn't discount the bill or offer any compensation despite getting honest feedback.

Had a special event with Nintendo on the day we went, so kids were able to try a new game. We went there for birthday and celebration lunches, where the kids could choose anywhere they wanted to go. They chose Boston Pizza.
