I'm convinced that people who eat at boston pizza have never tasted good food. Food was bland. Regretted eating out after having what I had today. Pasta had zero flavor and I got the one with star beside it. Pizza was not the best. Service and atmosphere was great but doesn't excuse the bad food.

Absolutely terrible experience. The pizza was ridiculously small I honestly couldn’t believe this was considered a full pizza. I paid nearly $30 for two of these tiny pizzas, which is a complete rip-off. The quality didn’t justify the price at all, and the portion size was embarrassing. This was a huge waste of money and easily one of the most disappointing orders I’ve ever had. I will not be ordering from here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I had the worst order experience with boston pizza for the first time today this never has happened before. So, I placed an order through the phone to pick it up they said about 15 mins so, I got there a bit after that I paid and ,picked up my order, then got home with it opened the box the bandara bread pieces were all over the place and, completely dried up, and, super cold also the thai chicken bites were cold as well not fresh either. So, I called the restaurant back they and, told them my about my complaint they never offered to give me a new order they refused and, said the food was fresh newly made with the ingredients because it never was so I am going to give these restaurant a really bad rating never ordering from them again!

My family and I came here for their Monday special for personal sized pizzas. We always get the Tropical Chicken. However, this time around it was very spicy and too the point where it over powered the rest of the flavours on the pizza. Our server Anne, asked how our meal was and we voiced our concern about the spiciness. She asked if we wanted remade pizzas and we said we didn't want to waste the ones we were eating. She said she would add a discount to our bill and also offered Caesar Salad and drinks on the house.
Anne's customer service is one of the best we have experienced. Without us even asking for anything, she went above and beyond to make our dining experience a memorable one. Anne should be running courses on great customer service.

Was there the other night and Mel (our server) was amazing. She knows her stuff and she was very attentive. Had amazing time, will definitely be back.

I do not recommend this place at all. When we arrived and placed our order, they brought us the wrong pizza. We told them about the mistake, but instead of simply correcting it, they insisted that we had ordered that pizza – even though we never mentioned such an item. They did replace it, but the way they spoke to us was very rude and disrespectful.
We also found a hair in the pizza. Yes, they changed it as well, but the overall experience was already ruined. No one came to check on us even once to ask if everything was okay.
At the end, we said we would not be paying the 15% service charge since there were eight of us and the service was extremely poor. Their response was that we were “not welcome” there anymore, followed by a “Merry Christmas.” Also, when we first arrived, we asked to split our check and sit as two groups of four, but they refused.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

A place to have a nice lunch. If you are looking for some affordable ribs and steak! My wife enjoy it! And me as well. But I notice one thing regarding about my side(coleslaw) it doesn't have coleslaw dressing. As a chef also. I recommend to put a little bit or on the side coleslaw dressing.
