I order from here very frequently. Every time I order from here my food is different every single time today I thought that I would call and thought it would be a safe option to hopefully get the right order. I even spoke to someone on the phone and asked them to modify things within my order. They said that they would do that, and then called back because when I received my order, not only were the things that I asked them to do not done there were things missing from the order that I did not ask for to be removed. When I called back. I basically got told that the hostess packed the order. And basically to contact Uber eats as someone who works at a restaurant and works in the industry the way this was handled. It’s very disappointing. It’s genuinely really sad that you can’t even call the store and your order Can’t even be right. The person on the phone genuinely didn’t really seem to care, especially because I know that the person on the phone who I called the second time was the same person. I spoke to the first time.

It was a bit cool put us under the air conditioner soo was pretty cool . However when brought to their attention and asked it to be turned off it was sooo great customer service.

It's been a minute since I was here. Bartender (Rachel) made some great recommendations for a local beer (88) and the subzero beers on tap. Super friendly - knocked down 1 star because limited selection of gin.

This location has a terrible manager who lacks respect. I ordered double chicken hot spicy, but received single chicken hot instead. When I tried to correct the order, she was unresponsive. I reordered, but received the same incorrect order. When I called her out on it, she was rude and hung up on me. Not impressed! 😭😭

The Service Was Absolutely Amazing!!!! I Look Forward On Coming To Boston Pizza Here Next Time I Am Visiting Friends in Calgary On My Next Visit From Edmonton Alberta. It Was An Amazing Dining Experience!!!!

Angie (I believe that’s her name), with black hair is the most passive aggressive waitress ever. No idea if she was having a bad day, but she provides such terrible service, that I had to ask a co-worker to grab a take-out container and pay the bill. She made me that uncomfortable. She doesn’t say anything to you, and is (in my opinion discriminatory). There is no greeting at your table, she gives rude looks the entire time, and heavily made me feel rushed to leave. Another note to add, that guy I asked to pay the bill with deserves a raise! We were greeted by him at the door, and overall he’s super friendly.

Extremely rude service. Worst Boston pizza I’ve been to. The male working at the front was extremely kind and polite. The food was amazing. However the server at our table (female with black hair) was rude and very unwelcoming. There were no greetings, no check-ins, and absolutely no friendliness. I hated the experience because of her. Would never recommend. As a paid reviewer I’m disappointed to say that this is the WORST service I’ve ever experienced. It’ll be posted on my TikTok ;). The 1 star is for the chef and the male front desk.
