Emma and crew did an amazing job hosting our large group (hockey team) yesterday. They were accommodating and super dialed, in what could have been a challenging reso with ~45 people. We won't hesitate to come back and I would highly recommend this location for large group bookings.

We have been to this location a few times and unfortunately this last one will be our last.
Food is mediocre, fries are always cold, servers are the only thing that's not bad about this place but unfortunately they usually have 2 servers yet 3 people standing at the front reception area.
Took about 50minutes from sitting down to getting our food, my wife ordered the royal Hawaiian pizza and has a shellfish allergy she mentions every time. They decided to remove the pineapple without saying anything to her first because apparently, their pineapple is cross contaminated with shellfish. She also ordered a Hot Honey Garlic sauce, they first gave her honey dill sauce, then gave her literally hot honey, just honey warmed up, then she got Franks red hot mixed with honey. None of these are the sauce she ordered, which she never got.
Then, she still didn't get the sauce, but they charged us for it. They did refund the sauce after we brought it up but it is wild to charge for a sauce you never got especially after you already removed stuff from the order without even mentioning anything.

Absolutely disgusting went to take my 12 year old son for dinner and there are literally mice running around the tables at the restaurant side - spoke to the manger and he said there is nothing he can do - but that this is a known problem and has been for months! I’ve never been so disappointed and disgusted in my life!!! Manager didn’t handle the situation well & hopefully they call a exterminator immediately

Just had dinner with the boys at Boston Pizza. our server, she refused to split the bill 5 ways evenly. One guy was paying $80 and one guy got to pay $10. At the very end, I had my insulin pen on the table, and she asked me to if it was a Marijuna drug device twice. I said it was for my diabetes, and she out right laughed at my face. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I would never recommend this place and that server completely ruined our night.

Horrible - food was cold - we ordered 2 beers each was 9.75. I can go to cactus club for $5 beers, as it was happy hour time at both establishments. I came here only because, i have a kid. Ordered food for pick up,,the front short guy manager was being rude bcoz i used giftcard to pay my food coz he said it will take a long to process and his was really upset it looks like he doesn't want to do his job..and when i get home my food was missing a garlic toast, that he said he was already On the paper bag that's why i didn't check.

Service is generally great at BPs but on this particular trip there was a birthday party and I'm pretty sure our server forgot we were there. Understandable but still led to a less than ideal dining experience.

We got takeout pizza from Crowfoot location last night and the service was the worst it’s ever been. I ordered by calling on the phone but my order didn’t get placed because of a “glitch” in their system. So we had to order again when my mom and 2 young children arrived to pick up the pizza. Was told it would be another 20 min. They had to sit there for another 20 min waiting! Finally it was ready and then just paying for it took another 10 min because they didn’t know how to handle processing a coupon for the guy in front of me. I asked for a discount because of all the inconvenience and the guy on the phone said he would give 25% off the order. But it was not automatically applied so I had to push about getting that discount when I tried to pay at pick up. Cashier had to go get the manager again for that discount. The whole process from first order to getting my pizza was well over an hour. The kicker is when I checked the pizzas, one didn’t even have the correct toppings. There was no way I was going to wait any longer for them to fix it, so I took it home anyway. Terrible slow incompetent service. I do not recommend.

Tristan was absolutely amazing! He provided excellent service and was absolutely spectacular. I usually go to the creekside location but after this experience, no doubt crowfoot Boston pizza is the spot! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!!!

When someone gets it right, you need to share that with the world even louder than when they get it wrong. Our visit to Shane's Crowfoot location introduced us to Melissa. What a GREAT experience. She doesn't have to work hard at building a relationship with her guests. Seems to come naturally. My reviews are usually about the food and experience but today it is to rave about Melissa. Well done!! Boston Pizza will always be my wife's best childhood memory filled pizza. That night they hit it out of the park on both.
