The food was good regarding our order of the great white north pizza but the customer service at this location on the night of Jan 14 around 5-6pm was sub par they seem to be annoyed by the fact of us having a pick up order and it was my fathers birthday so maybe having a bit more of a better customer service experience would have been a higher rating.

Went to this place last night @ 5:30 (Oct 13). It was not our first choice so we settled on something close to home. What a mistake. My friend, who was celebrating her birthday, ordered the chicken caesar salad. She tried real hard to find any Parmesan cheese. She had to ask for more dressing since that was very minimal as well. The chicken was rubbery and cold (was suppose to be grilled so she expected the chicken to be hot.) My husband and I both had the big dipper. Another mistake. The fries were limp and cold. The meat was minimal and we could not see any braised onions. It was not served with any horseradish mayo. The cook should be fired. The whole meal showed a lack of pride of what was served to paying customers.

Ordered chicken and mushroom fettuccine baked with cheese. There was very little cheese and no garlic toast. Normally there is cheese that you can see and taste and garlic toast. The flavor was brand as well. Not sure what is happening but won't order this again.
