Good service, nice atmosphere. Wasn't busy at all during lunch on Sunday. Has a view of WestJet planes while eating lunch. Unfortunately, my salmon dish was extremely salty.

We recently hosted a surprise 40th birthday party for my sister at Botanicus Kitchen and Bar, and they made the event truly special. A special shoutout to Ms. Margot, who was exceptional in helping us arrange everything seamlessly. If you're planning a special event, I highly recommend reaching out to her.
The staff at Botanicus Kitchen and Bar were incredibly supportive of all our surprise plans and ideas. They listened to our needs and made the process easy, but be sure to coordinate with them to ensure everything runs smoothly. The food was served perfectly and was absolutely delicious!
Even though we only booked a standard seating arrangement, we felt like we had the entire restaurant to ourselves with how well we were treated, even though there were other customers dining in.
We also brought our own photographer and videographer, and they were very open and accommodating, allowing us to capture the special moments without any hassle.
The live music by Jesse Peter, who played the organ and sang beautifully, made the night even more memorable. Make sure to book him for your event—he's a regular entertainer at the restaurant and will coordinate directly with them to ensure everything is seamless.
Highly recommend for any special event, and a big salute to all the staff!

We have stayed at The Westin Calgary Airport on several different occasions and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel, as well as eating at the hotel's restaurant--Botanicus Kitchen and Bar!
While recently staying at The Westin again for our daughter's wedding in Calgary, we once again enjoyed multiple meals at Botanicus Kitchen & Bar! The food and breakfast buffet were delicious and the service was exceptional, as always! We wanted to have an extended family breakfast following the big day, so spoke with the team at Botanicus about them hosting 25 guests there for a Sunday morning brunch, despite the fact that the breakfast buffet was ending prior to Sunday. They were so very accommodating, providing a buffet for Sunday's brunch, and we enjoyed amazing service and food! Thank you, Tom and all the serving staff, for looking after us so well! Looking forward to returning again soon!

IRD service was great. Especially, the guy Gurman made it a very pleasant experience for us. Service was efficient and quick. We tried the tandoori chicken burger and truffle fries which were remarkable. Overall, good experience.

Today we popped into Botanicus restaurant located at The Westin Calgary Airport, even though we stayed at another hotel because this place had great reviews and we wanted to check it out.
We both had omelettes and a plethora of other breakfast choices including fresh juice! All available until 11am daily. So a great option for breakfast on weekdays! The atmosphere of the hotel is so nice and there is ample parking.
The service was amazing and the staff incredibly friendly. Tom really went above and beyond as to making us feel taken care of. Thank you Tom!

Was staying at the Westin hotel and came for dinner and the breakfast Buffett. Our servers both times were very kind and friendly and came by quickly to collect our orders and plates. Meals were terrific and the breakfast Buffett was very fairly priced at $21 with several options on the buffett. Atmosphere was very pleasant too in a very open area. Only complaint was when I was here at dinner the restaurant was kinda chilly even with my hoodie on.

Six of us dined out together. The server was noticeably hurried while taking our orders. The mango cilantro drinks were expected to contain mango, but they did not. Despite ordering sushi as an appetizer, it wasn't served even after we finished our dinner. We asked about it two or three times during dinner but still did not receive it. The honey glazed salmon and Tandoori sandwich were enjoyable, but the other dishes were not good. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed.

Stopped here for dinner during an overnight stay. We weren't here long because we had a 6:00 a.m. flight. Dinner was disappointing for a Westin property. I had wings, and my spouse had ribs. Both were obviously cooked previously ... (maybe even the day before?) .... and just re-heated. The gojuchang wing sauce was very good though. Fries were hot & fresh, beer was cold. Servers excellent and efficient.

Traveling on my own, didn’t want to go far for dinner, thought I’d give the hotel restaurant a try, glad I did!
Had the seafood chowder and the bison burger.
Both were delicious.

Ms. Margot has grace, competence (no pen and paper, yet our orders were correct) and charm in her interactions with diners. She is attentive and personable.
My Seafood Chowder was fresh, toothsome and filling at a reasonable price?! My husband was satisfied with his Salmon. My sister liked her soft shell crab although the bottom needed a minute or two on the pan.
The fusion of mango, spinach and another ingredient in the drink that I ordered tasted very good.

We were here for a dance competition and had to stick around for the awards, so we grabbed breakfast here.
It took a while to get our food. It was basic breakfast fare. Certainly, there is no competition to the amazing breakfast/brunch places in Calgary, but the food here was edible and priced as expected from a hotel.

First experience trying duck, turned the best. Loved how the top layer is fried crisp enough to add texture to the fat and the meat. Potatoes are done wonderful, crisped skin holds the crunch right enough and I may missed all this wonderful art with out the perfect wine recommendation by ERZA in curly hair.

Be cautious of ordering the salmon. I ordered the half order, it was the width of my butter knife, served with three asparagus. Flavour was great but the portion was just way too small. A lot of jokes were made at the table about ordering from the kid or seniors menu, even then the portion would have been too small for that. It was very busy in there, I feel they are understaffed, however our waiter did the best he could.

The food was good but the service was not so great! They were a little slammed due to the weather and flight cancellations, but I feel the managers etc could have helped the serving staff a bit more
