They give you a sample but if want to try something else. They will rudely say you only get one. The servers are rude, not friendly. I know this is fast food, but be polite to your guest who is paying for their lunch. 2 stars You do get a lot of food. It was good!

2 times now Ordered my favorite meal bourbon chicken , bourbon rice, corn I got it it was cold they put no sauce on and was dry absolutely gross paid over 28$ and had to throw it out. Today had to throw it out again and manager will not talk to you If u have it u have to be there and eat fresh the chicken usually is fantastic this time no flavor no sauce and cold. Horrid absolutely disgusting

They charged me for a 2 item meal but only gave me one, what a scam. I even told them which combo I was getting but the guy serving didn't understand. Awful service. I'm not surprised they never have anyone lining up to get their food.

I don't know what happened to this place but it's slowly been getting worse. I used to love bourbon street grill but now I can't even eat it. Had to throw away my entire order it was that bad. I see why it's so cheap. I ordered in but I always did. When I ordered one of my items was replaced with something I didn't like but they didn't even contact me to ask they just did it. Utter disappointment

Also charges for a bag when you just paid $20 for a to go meal and none of the other locations do that. Will not be going to this location again 👎🏻 air I want bourbon street grill I’ll be going to chinook location where they have good customer service and don’t charge for a to go bag.

Can't review about food but as a dasher is not acceptable, ready time showing 3,27 and they yell on you they tell you came fast ecc ok i understand that, but i came at doordash time and the lady shouldn't be that rude and yell at me
This has been, and still is my go-to location. I’ve had incredible evening conversations with good friends of mine over some of the tastiest and best prepared Bourbon St Grill in the city. Their service has always been the part that has stood out to me the most, seeing the cooks and wait staff going above and beyond anytime we show up. They’re considerate, polite in all the do, and well-deserving of recognition for a standard of excellence seen far and few in the modern restaurant era. Note, there is not a lot of main seating, but there is a couple tables which have had a rich history of quality conversations and phone calls. This place is lowkey, and I highly recommend it.

This was garbage food. The noodles were ok, but the so-called mango chicken was basically bits of deep friend breading completely bathed in a super sweet sauce. I saw very little actual chicken. Don't eat here.
