They put less protein than chinok location
I usually only get Bourbon St. at Market Mall as they have lowest price between the franchises so visiting today, it was a stop I wanted to make. Staff were friendly and it was easy to order.
Got Combo 3 (2 meats, 1 veg, 1 side) and food tasted alright. Jambalaya rice was wetter/softer than usual and not as fluffy with more tomato taste; maybe the recipe changed?
Portion size of the meats: blackened fish was generous with 2 large pieces but bourbon chicken is not as much as past orders, barely filling the quarter section.

I went with my friend and eat here, but we end up being dissappointed with the food, its super salty both the meat and veggies we ordered, i expected it is the same taste as the one in TD square..Better to change your cook for this location..

Errr it’s alright. The noodles didn’t have enough salt (surprisingly) and quality of the chicken is so so but taste is alright I guess.
Absolutely DISGUSTING Experience – Zero Stars if I Could
Bourbon St Grill at Market Mall is hands down the WORST restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. We made it very clear—repeatedly—that we DO NOT EAT PORK, not even traces of it. Yet somehow, they still served us fried rice with small pieces of pork hidden inside it. Hidden. Like they were trying to sneak it in. Unbelievable.
When we brought this up, the staff at the counter were shockingly rude and dismissive. No apology. No concern. No basic human decency. Just blank stares and attitude, like we were the problem for pointing it out. Total disregard for our beliefs, our culture, and our religion. It was insulting and deeply offensive.
This place is a complete disgrace—and their behavior is borderline racist and discriminatory. If you have dietary restrictions, religious food requirements, or even just an ounce of self-respect, STAY AWAY from this place. They clearly don’t care.
Shame on you, Bourbon St Grill. You’ve lost all credibility. Never again.

Very good food, best I’ve ever had in a food court throughout my whole life.

Soooooo gross. The rice is like mush, the chicken is all fat, and the beans were soggy. Left a waxy coating in my mouth. I was going to return it, but I'm sure they could care less. 🤮

I like the service there. The people act like they actually enjoy being there, The food and portions are good, maybe a bit salty, but I am zero salt taste preference.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant at Market Mall for a long time, and I’ve always enjoyed their food. However, today (between 6:00 and 6:30 pm) I was extremely disappointed and shocked by the service.
First, the portion of rice and chicken I was served was noticeably smaller than usual. When I asked for two pieces of chili sauce and a small cup of ketchup—as I always do—they refused and told me I could only choose two items in total. I explained that I regularly receive both without any issue, but they still refused.
What upset me the most was the staff’s attitude. When I expressed my frustration and said this might be the last time I order from them, the employee responded with “Yes, don’t come again.” That level of disrespect to a regular customer is completely unacceptable.
Very disappointed. I hope management addresses this behavior seriously.

ordered combo meals with rice/noodles and everything is too salty. Feels like I consumed my 2 days allowance of salt. Never again.
Been to multiple locations and the food at this one was just so bland compared to what I’ve had at their other locations. Was not satisfied. Staff was friendly though.
Food was good but got food poisoning from here only a few hours after eating.
Not that bad, huge portion sized and decent flavours for the price and being at a mall!
Portion is much smaller compare to chinook mall. Food is not as good too for the same price
