Bourbon Street Grill

I like the service there. The people act like they actually enjoy being there, The food and portions are good, maybe a bit salty, but I am zero salt taste preference.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant at Market Mall for a long time, and I’ve always enjoyed their food. However, today (between 6:00 and 6:30 pm) I was extremely disappointed and shocked by the service.

First, the portion of rice and chicken I was served was noticeably smaller than usual. When I asked for two pieces of chili sauce and a small cup of ketchup—as I always do—they refused and told me I could only choose two items in total. I explained that I regularly receive both without any issue, but they still refused.

What upset me the most was the staff’s attitude. When I expressed my frustration and said this might be the last time I order from them, the employee responded with “Yes, don’t come again.” That level of disrespect to a regular customer is completely unacceptable.

Very disappointed. I hope management addresses this behavior seriously.

ordered combo meals with rice/noodles and everything is too salty. Feels like I consumed my 2 days allowance of salt. Never again.

Been to multiple locations and the food at this one was just so bland compared to what I’ve had at their other locations. Was not satisfied. Staff was friendly though.

Food was good but got food poisoning from here only a few hours after eating.

Not that bad, huge portion sized and decent flavours for the price and being at a mall!

Portion is much smaller compare to chinook mall. Food is not as good too for the same price

They used to give normal portions like every other Bourbon Street Grill in the city, but now they give maybe 60% of what a normal portion used to be. The food is good, but the server will make a big show of loading your tray with her ladle but will only put one or two pieces of chicken on your plate (she is bad at acting). Others are saying the same thing here, read the other reviews as well. I am no longer a regular.

They are charging $11.50 for a salad without any tomatoes, green onions and cucumbers !!! Ripe off! The rest of the Food is great!

The inflation at bourbon street grill is crazy! They serve little to no food. Do better.

Bourbon st Grill is one of my fav foodcourt lunch. I always eat this in every mall in Calgary. But I just wanna highlight something here. The one at MARKET MALL is the WORST one ever. If you buy combo 1 dine in usually $12.17 in Calgary after tax. But this one charge $13. That's not a problem only couple cents thats nothing. The problem is they just give VERY LESS amount of meat compared than any other Bourbon st Grill in Calgary and Toronto that I have ever tried in past 6 years. This franchise owner is very CHEAP ASS. They don't even provide pepper like every Borubon st Grill should. Please read this and improve your service. Thank you.

Lately the “mango chicken” is mostly full of small pieces that are purely the breading or butter and have no chicken inside. So I’m getting little to none pieces of chicken.

Not bad, not the best choice...

Mango chicken was good but the bourbon chicken, rice , pork all tasted off . We ate about 10% of the food and threw out 40$ worth of food.

The Edmonton mall bourbon st is great and so is the one in Hamilton Ontario ive had.

We love their food. It's always hard to choose. We can't spend a month without buying food from this restaurant, especially from the market mall location .
