Awful service, stingy, cheap. We come maybe 1-2 times a month and get the same thing. We always get 3 small paper side plates for our kids but today Olena and Kimmy required $0.20 each. Never required this before. No problem. Asked for 3. Received 2. Came back and asked for the third one. Was told no, I need 10 cents from you. We have no problem paying. But honestly after so much loyalty - and competition - we don’t like our time being wasted and there is no reason to be rude to us. It doesn’t take much to keep us happy and it takes a lot to upset us. Just being treated like criminals for asking for a plate was insane.

It’s a mall food court, it’s not great. But the food was good, hot and fresh.

This is perhaps the worst food I've ever had. It is certainly the worst option in the mall. Someone's gotta be last though.

Portion sizes are nearly half what they were a few weeks ago. Disappointing, and very much not worth the money.

Very small portions served but the food is tasty and has good eye appeal. Try a different location as this one is really bad because you'll still be hungry.

Their chicken was raw and they continued to deny it was when I had it right in front of them clearly pink. I got sick from it, don’t eat

The portions at this location is ridiculously small compared to the other bourbon street grill around Calgary and will never eat here again. People go somewhere else.

I’ve come here a fair bit over the past few years and enjoyed it for the most part. The last visit wasn’t so good. Small portions, and quite bland taste wise. I’ll try again and see if it is better next time.

Burbon street has gone downhill. It is ridiculous how cheap they are on the quantities that they give now. They also use MSG in all their food now. Used to be one of my favourites at the mall.

Bourbon St Grills is a culinary gem that captures the vibrant spirit of New Orleans cuisine. From the moment you step inside, the lively atmosphere engulfs you, transporting you to the heart of Bourbon Street itself. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way.The menu at Bourbon St Grills offers a tantalizing array of Cajun and Creole dishes, each bursting with robust flavors. The gumbo, with its rich roux and perfectly spiced sausage, transported me straight to the bayous of Louisiana. The jambalaya was a delightful medley of shrimp, sausage, and tender chicken, all cooked to perfection and served with a side of fluffy, fragrant rice. But the true star of the show was the blackened catfish. The fish was impeccably seasoned and cooked to a crispy perfection, with a juicy, flaky interior that left me craving for more. Paired with a side of creamy garlic mashed potatoes, it was a match made in culinary heaven. The service at Bourbon St Grills was equally impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring a memorable dining experience from start to finish. If you're a fan of bold, soulful flavors and a lively ambiance, Bourbon St Grills is a must-visit. It's a culinary journey that will transport you to the heart of New Orleans, leaving your taste buds singing with delight.
