Bourbon Street Grill

A friend of mine went there within the hour before me. Asked for a receipt and realized they charged him for a combo #3 where he ordered and combo #2. Instead of returning the same way as purchased and than charging for the correct meal, they gave him cash. When I went there, I order a combo #2 and asked for a receipt at the end. They charged me for combo #3. When I confronted them, they said it was by accident. I told them that a friend came here less then an hour ago and they charged the same thing. Ignored me and started to help the next person!!

ASK FOR THE DAMN RECEIPT WHEN YOU GET FOOD HERE! Definitely scamming ppl!

I was disappointed last week when I ordered a combo. I choose the bourbon chicken and Louisiana chicken . The Louisiana chicken was all flour there is no chicken inside and the veggie they gave me is all cabbage. Good thing they put at least 2 small broccoli its because I mention. If not I will just eat all cabbage.

I won’t be buying this again. The ‘chicken’ was basically all batter with hardly any meat inside if any at all. Very disappointing! What a waste of money.

Terrible bourbon chicken. Bones and cartilage included.
I thought I would give it another try but it's even worse now, I was charge 3.99 for cold calamari. The mixed veggies consisted of 1 piece of broccoli and a bunch of soggy cabbage. I had to ask for some carrots to be added and the worker gave me the look. Never again!!!

Turbo quality food noodles were super dry. Chicken had no chicken in it. It was just bread! And customer service was also not good! Vegetables versus sloppy….. honestly not a single thing I can say was positive

Food is not fresh esp the bbq pork, it taste like it was cooked a day or two days ago. Not satisfied at all. Noodles are very dry too.

I was so excited to get my food today (May 3, 2025 at 3:30pm) but then this lady who’s assembling my food is not so friendly cause i said the wrong combo and she rolled her eyes in front of me of me. I even said sorry. Better have a good customer service next time.

My lousiana chicken is just batter. It’s like a bread. Some piece doesn’t have chicken at all or at least a very small piece of chicken.

Terrible customer service. Over charge you and refuses to fix issue.

If I could give this location a zero I would, the ladies at the tail are very unfriendly, food is dry and tasteless. I have been to other branches and loved it. I was very disappointed at the service and the food, I strongly feel this branch should be closed so as not to soil the reputation of the brand or better still change the staff and teach the new staffs how to preserve the quality and taste of the food. I ddnt think I would be writing this about bourbon but I was highly disappointed, hence why my honest review.

The noodles were hard not cooked. The chicken was all batter and what chicken it had in it was very tough and chewy.Stay Away!

Tonight's cashier was gross!! Wiping her nose all over the top of her hand. The salt & pepper chicken was hard and very rubbery texture. I usually enjoy their food but tonight it wasn't a good sight to see someone bugging their nose and handling peoples drinks and utensils etc 🤢🤮
