I love BSG... and this is the best location in Calgary. As a guy who has tried multiple locations, they aren't all consistent with each other, but this one puts out the best Bourbon pork and Jambalaya rice. Line moves fast here which is commendable given how many people grab lunch from here on a typical day.

They are super greedy , I bought 3 meals from them and still ask me to pay for bag to go , I will never come again… all other locations they give bag to go Automatically. Even the customer service is zero not professional at all

I have tried bourbon chicken from many different locations in Alberta and Ontario, and the one served at this location is certainly the best. I have been having same bourbon chicken from this location for lunch every now and then for the last two years, and they always delivered fresh, consistently and generously. Not even once have they underdelivered.

Was offered free bit of tasty meat on toothpick to lure me over. It worked — ordered a combo meal, which was nice and hot and generous in portions (even the meat!) and it was excellent value for money. Paid under $13 and I still had leftovers to take home. Mall seating/ tables are plentiful, clean and roomy on a September weekday around 1 pm. Polite service at counter. All good!

I paid for a $11.79 which came out to be $12.37 after tax. But the worker behind the desk added herself a 5% tip and it came out to a total of $13. I went back to the counter and confronted them they denied she gave herself a tip and so I showed proof and they gave my money back. Never coming back to this place again

Honestly their customer services sucks and they give you miss information. I was inquiring about a kids meal and they charged the same price for a full size combo but I got half the amount of food I was willing to pay a bit extra to even it out but they refused and had so much attitude I was overcharged and that’s unacceptable. This was so disappointing as I come here regularly for lunch. I will not be supporting their location again

I came here with my uncle and he saw nobody at the counter,the lights where shut off then he sees the workers in the back where the window is and he asked if it’s closed and they kept ignoring him by singing. So that’s really unacceptable.
