If you have dietary restrictions for whatever reason they will think it’s odd, and won’t feel like catering to you so just don’t go, the bamboozled puzzled and annoyed facial expressions and not saying anything caught me off guard. Also I almost ate the rice until I mentioned I couldn’t eat the chicken beef and pork meat (I wanted battered fish but no fish and that is totally ok, but there’s a problem besides that) then they told me the rice has pork and other meat inside which I had no idea it should be listed at least, I just thought it was egg, the one girl acted shocked when I said I couldn’t eat any of the meat, and she made a rude facial expression as if she was shocked and annoyed and confused, maybe your thinking why I even came to this place? I assumed it was like the other locations. I assume they were pissed they had to make me a new box with noodles instead and veggies, I think you should be more open minded. Not everyone can eat everything. I usually get the fish but they didn’t have it but seeing the lack of respect for what the customer wants I won’t go to this specific location. The core has much more better service and understanding. I would like to sympathize but i would never act and show my opinion to the customer with my face or acting so weird. I try to be open minded with what I eat. I’m also going through chronic illness and wanted something nice but thanks for absolutely being rude. It’s hard enough as it is wanting to eat different cuisines but because of religious(halal) and dietary restrictions only getting what you can and then being met with judgement and lack of service. Thanks for that and thank you for walking away at the end and not saying a single word.
Vegetarian options: Green beans, Steamed veggies, zucchini and mushrooms. This is more of a meat grill place. Just fyi.
Dietary restrictions: I have dietary restrictions but if you read above my review how that went. I still enjoyed the green beans and veggies were great. I would have gotten fish but none available.

The cashier was so rude. I asked for large coke and she gave me the small and when I said I ordered Large she got mad and blamed the customer. She gave me very bad behaviour and even the customer at the back told her that I ordered Large as they heard it, but the rude cashier is giving us the worst behaviour.

The coworker was so rude we just asked her what flavour was rice and she couldnt understand and was shouting at us and the food was gross their was something inside the chicken it didnt even feel real chicken AHS should give a visit yo the place.
The only stall that I would eat at the mall. The portion is big. The bourbon chicken is simply the best with the smoke smell. One little improvement could be the variety of veggies or the combo with 2 meats. The rest is just superb.

Chinook location says open till 7:00 show up at 10 after and everything's gone and they're cleaning up. Very disappointing and lazy if it says it's open till 7:00 it should be open till 7:00
