And when we tried to explain . She says we cant make that . Only after we had the bowl made she tells us noodles or potatoes only one thing you can get. Eventhough we clearly said noodle bowl is what we need with vegies in it.

Ignore the negative Nancie's who rank this low when a place is starting up in the mornings they have a huge amount of food to set up for. My Potatoes Spicy Chicken and Rice Combo 1 was amazing and I would vouch to always go there. Really good. If it was my first time I would glance at the array of selection they have as they do have quite a bit of vegetables and proteins to choose from.

Look, I work in the mall too, and I have worked in the service industry as well and I know that it can be extremely draining and overwhelming, but it is not an excuse to roll your eyes at a customer. I went here for my lunch break at work and I was very disappointed with my experience as I do love the food, but the staff was very rude to me, especially the one ringing my order through. I will no longer be eating here, sorry.

Extremely RUDE, for absolutely no reason. I was there when they opened, half the food wasn’t out and screens not on. I only asked if they were open or not yet? She just stares at me. I repeat, cause I’m not sure she understood or heard what I asked. Then she turns around and then back to me… “yeah, yeah”. I ordered. I don’t understand why this place is always so rude.

I asked for a glass of water , the manager at this location was not happy I asked for glass water instead of buying bottle water , the look on her face was so awful , I said thank you , she turned her back at me , my friend said thank you also , she smiled at my friend she paid for her drink , for me with this kind of service, I don’t go back ,

Poor service and quality of food. My boyfriend and I face some pretty bad service today from the 2 asian ladies. They were hurrying us, messed up our orders and don't wanna correct it. I have noticed at checkout they will add in their own tip without you looking. I asked why the sudden pay increase and she avoid eye contact and didn't say a thing. I have no issue with tipping when i acknowledged it but wouldn't tip with the service we got today. Food was crap rice was rock hard vegtables we're partial cold. Avoid this place go somewhere else.

12:30 pm Saturday AUGUST 09! DIRTY STAFF ALERT!!!!!! THE THREE YOUNG WOMEN YOU HAVE WORKING THE FRONT COULD HAVE YOU SHUT DOWN! They were cross contaminating the spoons for the veggies and meat and openly laughing about it!
They were fooling around so much you could see spit falling on the counter in front of them and when I was visibly offended they were all SO RUDE TO US. My family loves to stop here to eat when we are in the mall but this was so bad i can’t come back anymore! The girl with very short back hair was at the register and was so rude to me. Asked her for two extra forks for my children and she told me to reach over and get them myself and rolled her eyes a me (a loyal customer with two children standing there). Management! You need to know the women behind us said she wants to call the health inspector and make a complain! These girls have zero respect for the food industry and the people who pay to eat here. Hopefully you can track who the third one with the date and time. But the two in the pics I provided Will have you shut down in no time at all.
