Bow River Restaurant is a Vietnamese eatery located in a small strip mall. The interior is bright but simple in decor. Prices are slightly higher than other Vietnamese places. During a Sunday lunch visit, the wonton soup was enjoyed, but the beef ball noodle soup came with both beef ball and beef, with only a few beef balls. The Vermicelli special with a spring roll appetizer was found to be pretty good. Portions are decent, in the mid-size range. The pho with its flavorful broth stood out as fantastic. The owner showed kindness by packing leftover noodles with extra broth. While parking is limited and it's a bit of a drive for some, the restaurant is suitable for families and offers tasty food.
