Bow Tie Pizza (Mahogany)

Not sure the hype. Cost is way too much for what you actually get. Flavour for me missed the mark,however I grew up in a pizza kitchen so I’m a little bit of a snob about good pizzas,

Had a great conversation with the owner of the restaurant, he’s very passionate about his pizza and what he delivers to his customers. He has invited me back to order a pizza that he will assure is paramount to what I’m looking for, he also has address my issues I had, he’s confirmed my sauce issue and has gone over many different fundamental tasks that he employs as a owner.

I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised by this outreach and engagement and I’m happy to know that the owner is open to discussion and to feedback to help better understand there process and or help them grow as a business. Based solely on this experience I have to upgrade my rating because customer service is sometimes the most important experience next to the item itself, and the professionalism and demeanor that the owner has showed to me has been top quality.

I look forward to getting another experience with this pizza place in the near future.

This is easily my favourite pizza in the city. More towards the premium pricing type of place, but worth it for their high quality ingredients. Crust is the perfect consistency, sauce is properly zingy, and they use right amount of cheese. “The Mother of Dragons” is my personal favourite recipe on the menu, can’t recommend enough if you like a nice spicy pizza.

Ordered two 14" pizza's. The donair sauce was watery, the pesto pizza was very bland and for 90$ we should of gotten a heck of a lot more toppings for that price. 15$ of that was just for delivery. The world has gone nuts if they think 90$ is justified for a couple (small size) average pizzas..sorry, never again.

Had it once about 18 months ago; haven't had pizza from any other place since. I also used to have pizza 2-3 times a year, now I have it once a month.
In other words ... game-changing pizza.

I usually get delivery, only did take-out once, but I had some fun banter with the staff, they seemed interested in their job and their customers and it seemed like a good place to work.
