Bow Tie Pizza (Sage Hill)

Food was good but my veggie wedge pizza i ordered through uber was missing olives. It could have been so much better hope they dont forget olives in my pizza next time 🥲

When you pick up the pizza, it will literally be heavy as it is loaded with toppings. The ingredients are fresh, the quality consistent, and the staff always polite and friendly.

What stood out the most for me from Bow Tie Pizza was not necessarily the pizza itself, which was excellent and tasted delicious, but the customer service. We ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and didn't notice it had bacon on it until we actually opened it and started eating it. The online menu, in store menu, all clearly listed bacon as an ingredient so it was completely our fault. When we spoke with Bow Tie Pizza about our mistake they were extremely accommodating and helped us get what we needed. This level of customer service was extremely welcome and something rare to see these days.

And this wasn't the only time we've experienced a high level of customer service from this pizza shop. We've had situations were they've received our order that has special instructions and they've called back to ensure they were clear on what we wanted. Again, you typically see companies/restaurants just follow instructions but Bow Tie Pizza clearly wants to make sure the customer experience is as good as it can be and the product we receive meets our needs.

When it comes to pizza I've found the flavours to be incredible. We've had cheese and bbq chicken and veggie and all three have been very tasty. Both adults and kids love it when we order it. The cheese pizza stood out to us as it has a good amount of cheese on it.

Was in Calgary for 2 weeks. Someone suggested to try Bow tie pizza. Was the best place ever! Pizza was delicious, caesar salad was fresh and amazing with the dressing they have. Staff was absolutely wonderful!
An ABSOLUTE must do if you have never tried their pizza. The toppings the selection the crust is amazing! Delicious!
Most definitely will be visiting Bow Tie Pizza next time we are in town!

Bow Tie has been our Friday night pizza spot for a while. We previously ordered from the Killarney location, but after a move over the summer, we were very happy to find the same quality at the Sage Hill location. We've had nothing but good food and great customer service here. We recommend it often to friends and family.

Quality ingredients, perfect crust, delivered piping hot!

This was our first time having Bow Tie and wow… we had the Donair and All dressed.

We ordered via Uber but next time will order direct to support Bow Tie directly.

The food and service is amazing at Bow Tie. It was crazy busy night for them when I went to pick up my order. It was slightly delayed but they threw in some free dips for the delay. The pizza was absolutely delicious, fresh, crispy crust and fully loaded! You will not be disappointed ordering from here.
