Ordered pizza and wings, disgusting. I’d rather eat a the cardboard box it came with. The thought of bravo pizza is now synonymous with vomit. Do yourself the largest favour and order anything other than pizza from this establishment. Bravo pizza, the biggest regret you’ll ever make.

This was my first time ordering from Bravo Pizza and I loved it! The employee there I think her name is Priya suggested bravo chicken, tell you what, it’s going to be my favourite one. It was delicious, the crust was perfectly cooked and the little note they gave with the order made my day. Definitely coming here again. Overall, a great experience. This is what I expect from other pizza stores as well.

We ordered thin crust, but it wasn’t available, so we agreed to switch to thick crust. This wouldn’t be a huge deal on its own. We ordered back bacon as an additional topping but didn’t get any despite paying for it and confirming on the order email. We asked for olives on only half, but it was on the whole pizza. Overall wasn’t impressed by a place that has 4.7 stars in google. Also I tried to post this review on their website, but the post button doesn’t work.

This is my second time coming to Bravo as I live in the neighbourhood. Also I’d like to say that I tried to contact the company directly through their website but they only list Google reviews. I’d prefer to speak to management directly.
On Friday evening I placed an order at 7:33 and arrived at 8pm. Fulfilling the time slot of 20-25 min. Upon arrival they couldn’t find the pizza but they insisted on taking payment - so I paid and tipped.
The young guy said my pizza would be right out so I took a seat. As I was sitting there I saw a young woman make the pizza I ordered. At 8:10pm I asked about my pizza and he said “it may take a little longer”
To which I said “did you forget to make my pizza?”
He said “possibly. There’s two parts to the tickets and I took the order but the person making the pizza didn’t get the second part of it.”
Me: So you did forget to make my pizza? (8:15pm)
He says: you can go wait in your car for 10-15 min. Until it’s ready.
There weren’t that many customers and I understand this is probably their job but it’s unacceptable to forget an order, pretend it didn’t happen and make it rashly to remedy the problem.
Sadly, no matter if the pizza is good - we won’t be coming here again.

The pizza was very tasty. We ordered half cheese and half veggies. The sauce was spicy, and the veggie side was very juicy. We liked it.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m genuinely happy to have Bravo delivered again. For a while, our address was marked “outside the delivery area,” so I’ve been searching for a replacement... without much luck.
Finally getting it again (along with the nice handwritten note) made me want to share this. I’d post a photo of the pizza and wings, but we were too hungry and finished everything before I thought of it.

Undercooked pizza , the people that work there are generally angry people even when your polite and tip for food that was sub par . and thats the main reason ill never go back they just treat there customers poorly
We got Bravo pizza for our weddings midnight snack and it was perfect! Thin crusts hit the spot and there tiramisu was the perfect addition. 10/10 would recommend.

Dough cooked on outside and still raw inside , Cheese barely melted or cooked either . Pizza was full of water from only 2 ingredients and toppings completely fall off the pizza .
Meatballs in they’re spaghetti are sour and the texture feels like you have cardboard in your mouth . Unfortunately it also made my kids sick.
Not worth the price , or the stomach aches you’re gonna get from undercooked food and sour meat.

So disappointed. This place used to be one of the best pizza places ever. The last 3 times they have been less than averages Out of items, 1/4 of the toppings from before, customer service is down.

Great service and great food. Viru our chef was awesome and went out of his way to help us decide on what to order. Made our pizza with love and tasted great. Visiting for a few days so this certainly hit the mark. Wings was awesome too and so was Viru’s handmade tiramisu. Thank you and appreciate the great food and wonderful service
