ordered the kunafa with cream online and was really disappointed. The piece I got was super thin with barely any cream and honestly didn’t look anything like the photo they advertise. This isn’t about ‘expectations’ it’s about showing the real product so customers aren’t misled. The picture shows thick cream and proper layers, but what I received was mostly dry pastry. For the price, it was not worth it.

First time trying this place and was very disappointed. Placed the order online 2 weeks prior to my event. When I arrived was informed my order wasn't ready because they confused the pick up date to be a day later. Then was told my order of cake pops and dessert cups would be ready in 10 min. The cups looked alright but the cake pops looked horrible so ended up returning them. The entire order didn't match their website pictures. The dessert cups didn't taste all that good either. Had high hopes for this place given the reviews in reality was left unsatisfied.

So accommodating to your needs. I have a problem with lactose and most burger buns I’ve found at bakeries have some sort of dairy in it. This bakery was able to make them without dairy for me. As long as you pre order they can do it for you. I will be telling my family and friends and coming back. Thank you Bread and Rusk :)

Oh my goodness we love the sweets so much. We bought one of everything and were sooooo satisfied. We will return again and again to support this hard-working family and their bakery. They were a stop on the food tour. Great choice!

I am feeling disappointed from the taste and the quality of food they are serving. The bread isn’t fully cooked either. Seems as if they are trying to make the food faster whoever it shouldn’t affect the quality that bad and the taste. I wouldn’t recommend to try unless you are starving and need just any food to eat. Prices are shocking expensive which I didn’t mind expecting delicious, authentic food! However with that experience it made it even worse. The portions are really small not enough even for a three years old child. Packing wasn’t bad :) I don’t know what positive i can share about my experience except for the packing.
