Great selection of pastries, excellent quality and friendly staff!Best croissant in Calgary, well layered and so flaky. My favorite is butter pretzel, I was craving for it, found it from Bread Culture and it was legit.
Delicious find! Sad that their going to be closing soon. If you’re in the area go grab some pastries - they sell out quick!
Best Pastries and unique bread. Made with tenderness and passion. It is so sad that this fantastic business is closing. I hope the owners will reopen someday after resting and reflecting over the coming months. Thank you for your great service and wonderful products.
Best Bakery in Calgary, shame that it's closing near the end of the month. Gonna have to hit it up a few more times before it closes.
The best sourdough bread in Calgary. I tried the bread from many bakeries but this bread is so good including pastries and baguettes.Highly recommend to visit Bread Culture bakery. Fantastic bakery!!!
Tasty bread! Crossiant and hot dog were both very tasty. Shared the loaf with my coworkers! The bread sold out quickly, couldn't get what I wanted and their business hours are really short.
If you're lucky enough to get your hands on an almond croissant, make sure you get an extra one cause they are absolutely incredible and one isn't enough. If they are sold out of croissants, get anything else, everything here is very well made and delicious.Come early, they sell out fast!!
I ABSOLUTELY love this bakery. The products that are made here are clearly made with love and extreme talent. I would go here every single day if I could! The staff are very friendly and the owners are so nice!10/10 would and have recommended!
Delicious! I had the lemon meringue brioche and a couple other things, all delicious. The brioche is light and the lemon filling is tart, really balanced flavours. I will be ordering again! The staff were also friendly and kept the line moving.I see some people here are frustrated about them selling out early and having limited hours. This bakery obviously care more about quality than quantity. I pre-ordered on the website and my order was ready when I arrived this morning. I was able to get what I wanted with no issues. I would say delicious hand made treats are worth planning ahead for. Great experience overall :)
Only open a few days a week, either order in advance, or line up to get what you want.

This place knows exactly what they are doing, and have so much passion for what they make. You can taste it in everything you try here. The prices are more than fair, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.
Not so easy to spot from 14th Street, but well worth finding.
Literally the best baked goods I’ve ever had. The shop is only open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays so you got to get there early to beat the line! Trust me, There is always a line! I’ve tried almost everything and it’s all phenomenal! The staff is always super friendly and never judge when they see how many pastries I’ve ordered for myself.
Fantastic neighbourhood gem with classical freshly baked bread and pastries. The technique of the chef is perfect, producing typical French goodies. Our favourites are the Rocher brioche, the creme brulee viennoise and the caprese. Come early... they are popular and go fast!
I'm so happy to live less than a block from this incredible bakery. Today (and last week) I bought a loaf of their seed bread. It's fantastic, just a perfect crumb and it's encrusted with seeds, so it's messy to cut at home and so when the option of getting it sliced was given to me, I said yes, but would like thicker slices than those the slicing machine offers...and the owner offered to, and did, slice it BY HAND. The entire loaf. THAT'S good customer service. Impressive. And the bread is a masterpiece.
