We went for happy hours and it was awesome experience. Great food.
Disappointing experience with extremely slow service. We came around 9pm for some beer/wings after a nearby softball game and sat on the patio. Took 15 minutes for our server to come by to get drinks. We wanted to order wings at the same time and she asked us to wait. Once wings were ordered they took upwards of 45 minutes to come out. Our server did not come by to apologize, explain, get refills, or another round of drinks. Friends had to ask for their bill twice and flag her down. We honestly wondered if she was avoiding us but other tables nearby seemed to be having similar experiences. All in - we sat there for about an hour and 40 minutes for one round of drinks and 3 orders of wings. Asked our server for bills at the end and it was taking so long we had to actually get up, go inside and ask the bar to pay. I can't speak to the food as I didn't actually have any wings myself, but would not come back here due to the service speed alone.

Fish and chips are fantastic!
Service in the lounge wasn't great at all tonight. Took 10-15 mins for the server to acknowledge us. We ordered everything right away as we had a feeling the service was going to be slow. (Wasn't busy, 3 servers on, Monday night)
Got the food, was never asked how everything was until we were paying.
A little late isn't it??

We we forgotten twice. It took about 40 minutes to get our orders which i had to hunt down our server to ask him where our food was. Everything was cold and had obviously been sitting for some time. There was a ring of dried au jus on the dish and the fries were cold. Then i had to go looking for the server again to pay. Iāll never go there again. I canāt remember the last time I didnāt tip a server.

I had ordered the Chicken Cobb salad to take home for dinner. But when I got home and opened the salad there was āZero Chickenā in the salad. Extremely disappointed. I tried calling the restaurant and no answer after 6 rings. First time getting take out here and it will be the last time.

Lovely patio experience today. Showed up at Happy Hour (yay!) and enjoyed a selection of specials. The triole pepperoni pizza is excellent. The calamari was perfect, and the pretzel pairs beautifully with the Guava Sour.
Katie C did an amazing job. Thank you!

We had such a great experience! Our server, Troy, was absolutely awesome. The food was delicious, and the kidsā menu had some great options that our little ones loved. The patio was so great with yard games and lots of umbrellas. The drink selection had a variety of both cocktails and tasty non-alcoholic mocktails. We also really enjoyed the happy hour menuāsuch a great value. Loved everything about our visit!

We were seated outside on the patio (bar side )it took at least 1/2 hour before we were asked if we wanted anything to drink it didnāt seam busy on the patio section . In the mean time there were other people seated after us in the same section that were served asked if they wanted anything to drink.
Someone in our party asked for a bison burger and ended up with another burger that we didnāt order
The food was cold you can tell some orders they used a microwave to heat things up.
They did take the food item off the bill that was ordered incorrectly and offered to give us the burger we ordered but i didnāt want to wait for an extra 1/2 hour.

My wife and I stopped in at Brewster's in Crowfoot Crossing for lunch today. My 93-year-old mother accompanied us. I was in a motorized wheelchair. Parking was no problem, neither was getting onto the sidewalk, into the restaurant, and parked at a table.
Our server was polite, efficient, capable, and not intrusive.
I started out with a tonic water and lime juice. I always do this at Brewster's and they have never failed me.
My mother and I both had fish (haddock) and chips (tater tots for me). The meal was served in something akin to a Japanese Bento Box, with individual containers/plates for the fish, tater tots, coleslaw, ketchup, and tartar sauce. I like things separate like this. The tater tots were topped with a hint of what I think was a chipotle aioli sauce, not sure. It was a bit on the light side, but I was dipping the tater tots in ketchup anyway. I found the fish was best eaten by picking it up and dipping it into the tartar sauce. And it was delicious - moist and flakey, the batter not overly oily. I left nothing on my plate.
Not sure what the bill came to, as my wife paid it.
We enjoy the ambiance at Brewster's, find it spacious and not noisy, and enjoy gazing out the large windows during lulls in the conversation.
As we were leaving, my wife and mother exited first then I followed in my wheelchair. The inner powered door did not stay open quite long enough. No big whoop.

Food is expensive but the Happy hour is good. Would give 5 stars if hefe was on tap full time like it used to be long ago, swap out of the three lagers instead.
