The beer was good.. but visiting from another province and the ladies were real nice. The manager didn't stop staring and didn't say a word. Asked the girls for recommendations for nearest pool tables and they sent us to a bar with terrible service. Felt extremely unwanted in the bar.

I was taking my best friend to a special night to celebrate her 50th birthday. We went for happy hour at 2pm and there was wait so we came back when our table was ready at 3 pm. We ordered 2 tuna appetizer and a beet salad with each a glass of wine .. wine came well after the food .. no biggie but not standard. We then ordered a pizza and 2 more wines .. all was eaten and paid for within an hour and 20 minutes …. Lots of empty tables all around the restaurant … 10 minutes after we paid with still wine in our glasses the manager came and said he hates to be that guy but we need to leave as there we people waiting to be seated .. half the tables in the restaurant were empty, about 8 people were waiting at the entrance. It felt extremely rude after having just paid over 100$ for a bday dinner for 2 to not be able to finish out wine in peace Very disappointed with the service . Felt like they got out money and didn’t care

Our first time there, we tried several plates to share and loved it. Our server was wonderful helping us navigate the right amount of food. Food was excellent, loves the ambiance, and we will return with friends.

Great service by Colton - good advice on portion control for 2 persons, good recommendation on the carrots (nice bite from the Harissa honey) although I must admit to liking the winter squash more (peanut pesto/guanciale was very tasty). A bit disappointed with the strip steak that came medium rare as requested but was chewy. Had the smashed cucumber dish for a starter and it did not disappoint. The glass of the Bindi Sangiovese red was delightful and paired nicely with our meal. Support crew was attentive, water glasses were always full. Noise level was high but that might just be us. Bottom line, Bridgette Bar is one of our go-to favourites in Calgary and we'll continue to come over. Thanks for a great meal last night.

Love this place! We got the garlic bread, crispy smashed potatoes, rigatoni, and shrimp and calamari. Everything was amazing. The staff were welcoming and attentive!
Our server Sofia was very professional, knowledgeable and quite helpful. We will be back!
