Went here for dinner with my boyfriend on a weekend. We had a wonderful experience. The food was fantastic! We got the Burrata Cheese, Wood Grilled Beef T-Bone, Italian Pork Sausage pasta, and Rigatoni pasta. They were all home-runs for us! Super flavorful and delicious!
The service was excellent. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Our server took care of us very well. The staff even wrote us a card because we were there for a celebration. The ambience was relaxed and the environment was clean and well-kept.
Will definitely add this place to our list of favorites!

Food was great, a few things though.
Our drinks took a very long time at the beginning.... beer and wine.
Ordered 2 appetizers and for some reason they came separately with sizeable time between. .... also I don't believe the wagyu is actually wagyu.
I'd increase the portion size a bit, especially for a $40+ plate. I ordered the half duck for my entree, there definitely could have been more turnips and what not to go with the duck. Flavors were amazing though!!
As for the service, it was great throughout, whether our server was busy tending to tables, we still had visits from other staff to ensure we were taken care of.
Atmosphere is out of control, this place is beautiful and really neat at night.

We have more often than not been disappointed when trying out new places. However we were wowed at Bridgette's! Fantastic food, and an imaginative menu. Staff were fantastic! They had a full house, yet the staff were attentive, super friendly and really helpful. We had a fantastic evening! Thanks to the team and our server who really made our night

We were served by a bartender by the name of Alex. He was personable, friendly and attentive.
He was aware of when to interject with questions and drink top ups. His quality checks were timely and appropriate.

The food blew our minds. We originally went to Noble Pie without a reservation, as we were dropping by the city on a layover but they were fully booked. The Noble Pie host recommended Bridgette Bar and we headed to the restaurant without much expectation. It was a short walk to the Bar where we ordered maple barbecue trout and the half duck dish. The trout dish came with mashed potatoes and let me tell you, it was the best mashed potatoes I've ever had. The mashed potatoes was like nothing I've tasted before. As someone who has never enjoyed mashed potatoes, I was so surprised how much I enjoyed the dish. The crunchy topping on the trout added a delightful texture. The fish was also cooked perfectly, and so was the duck. The duck had an amazing smoky flavor and we appreciated they served different parts of the duck so that you could enjoy different textures. My husband says that if he ever gets to visit Calgary again, this is where he'll be. As an Atlanta resident, I hope Atlanta gets to this level.

As a Vancouverite, I’m a bit of a food snob that assumes we have all the culinary gold. But, wow, Bridgette Bar slapped that stereotype out of my taste buds.
Hidden gem doesn’t do this place justice. The food? Fantastic. The service? Impeccable. They must have kidnapped a chef from Yaletown, and I'm not asking questions!
If every restaurant here was like Bridgette Bar, I’d have zero issues planning regular trips to Cowtown.

Absolutely outstanding experience. From service to food everything was 10/10. Our server Colton was outstanding. Very knowledgeable of the menu and very personable. The truffle rigatoni may be the best pasta ive ever had. The price was also very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend and would 100% come back again.
