Aloo Tikki & Choley

Paneer cubes marinated and stir-fried with peppers, onions and green chillies in a savoury and spicy sauce made from soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and a hint of garlic and ginger.

Potatoes cut into thick wedges and seasoned with a blend of spices and herbs.
Fries
Thin strips of potatoes fried to golden perfection. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

We tried fish and assorted pakoras. Assorted were great but what surprised me was the cook in fish pakoras which can go wrong pretty easily but they cooked it perfectly.. highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious!I got an order of the fish pakora... and im in love with the taste. The home-made chutni was so good too. Defntly got to try them out if you havnt already. Amazing customer service. Aunti Ji and Uncle Ji are very friendly and they create a nice atmosphere. I felt as if was talking to my own parents. So much love. I love that its their passion and the taste buds dont lie. Defntly recommend! Go try them out, you wont regret it.

The food was absolutely mouth watering. Absolutely delicious. The owners were very welcoming and genuine. I would recommend this food truck to everyone, I will definitely be going back for more!
