Nice local place that had an assortment of food on the menu. Was pleasantly surprised with everything. The server and staff was friendly, kept my drinks topped off and checked to see how everything was.

Wings were like most pub food, though, it was made well, not too dry and not tiny either. Some other pubs I have ordered them from, have been small or dry.

The steak was cooked MR as ordered which was great as some places I have been to have over cooked them before. It had a salad and mashed potatoes served with it. The potatoes were nice and creamy, though I found out later it came premade.

Overall, was a nice experience.

Would recommend. Good location, with a good variety of food and drink options. Located in the heart of downtown Calgary.

Food is decent, and moderately priced. Plenty of drink options. Location offers happy hour as well for reduced pricing during off-peak hours. Pricing is average for the area.

Service can be a touch slow depending on peak hours and the size of your group. Getting seated was quick, but wait times between orders can lag. Staff was friendly and squaring up was quick and easy.

Atmosphere is a touch dark, but warm and cozy. Interior was clean, with plenty of seating available. Location is downtown Calgary, and parking may be difficult.

Overall, would recommend if you want a bite to eat or a quick drink, especially if you take advantage of happy hour.

Parking: Parking is difficult to find. Paid street parking is available, but spots may be limited depending on the time of day, and which day you choose to frequent the location.

Picked up dinner for my family on Saturday night and was disappointed to find that all three meals (which included chicken breast) had the smallest of pieces of chicken. These are our “go to” orders and in the past we have had a full chicken breast. These were butterflied chicken breast that were cut into 3rds. I was stunned to say the least. All 3 meals had this tiny pieces at $25 apiece for a couple of ounces of chicken? Absolutely not worth it. I sent an email to their “contact us” email address and never received any response. I wanted to know if this was a mistake and if it wasn’t, why are they charging $25 for a piece of chicken barely the size of a chicken nugget. But no, I heard nothing, probably because they have no answer other than yeah, we ripped you off. I’ll never go here again, and my wife made sure to warn others in one of the largest Calgary foodie communities to do the same. Because if we’re going to get ripped off then the least we can do is make sure others don’t.

I've been to 4 locations . This location was the best I ever seen. Makes me forget other restaurants My waitress was the best and could take a joke . Not so sensitive u know . And the people were like Christians. of best ! How ever i can't lie or deny I'd walk the length of the city to be in pauls pizza south east any day, I can have a new favorite waitress. Sorry but u gotta try it

I work in Calgary a lot and stay DT in hotels. I often order from Bowns Social on Uber eats. It's propts you to say yes or no to cutlery. I always say yes but never receive a fork, spoon or knife. It's incredibly frustrating to have to go back onto the elevator down stairs well my food gets cold to ask the front desk for cutlery. I'm not sure why every to go order to a hotel wouldn't automatically get cutlery. Good food but frustrating having it delivered. It's even correct on the bill. Just an emplpyee who is rushing or doesn't care. I rarely post reviews but this is the 3rd time this has happened

The happy hour also goes from 9pm until close which is the best for the late night or when date night can only be late because of the kids

The food is amazing, the service is very good and the music is incredible.
