The place is amazing, it is filled with comfort and beauty. The service is very pleasant and drinks and snacks are delicious.

Place has a nice interior, service was fast although not very friendly. 1 star off for price. I ordered one milk tea without pearls and was charged over $8 which seems an outrageous price for plain milk tea to me even in comparison to rising costs all over.

The place is super clean and aesthetically appealing. The staff is welcoming and accommodating to all of my requests. Finally, their menu offers a wide range of options, many of which look delicious. I particularly like that they have Filipino streetfood snacks like kwek kwek, which I always get with classic milk tea.

Ok, we actually rushed to get there before they were closing at 9pm. We made it for 8:49pm and they were already closed. We even saw the worker leaving out of the parking lot. A little disappointed as we wanted to try it for the 1st time. So we ended up going to snowy village right next door who also closed at 9pm but still taking orders at 8:50pm.

Found this spacious and aesthetically nice bubble tea store open close-by. I must say they got some fancy names out there. Tried the red velvet one with less ice and less sugar and overall can say it pretty nice!Only feedback would be a bit more clarity to the staff on basics like amount of ice and sugar so that no supervision is required. I am sure this well build with time.

Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was great. However, 1 star off because I am not a fan of the pearls— they were a weird texture and tasted a little starchy.Hopefully the pearls will improve.

first of all we waited about 10 minutes to get our order placed when there was no one in front of us. They are extremely slow and don’t seem to be too worried about customer satisfaction. Then after we place and pay for our order, the women tells us they ran out of pearls (bubbles). So you take our order and make me pay for it and then tell me you don’t have the main part of the drink. The place is called bubble town and they don’t even have the bubbles for the drinks. it wasn’t even near closing time either so for the rest of the day you’re not gonna be able to serve bubble tea?? the drinks taste good but i’m extremely disappointed by the customer service and inventory.

Beautiful establishment, very clean and inviting sitting area. They have an amazing assortment of bubble tea but also some rich chocolate drinks and tasty fruit smoothies. Prices are very fair considering the high quality ingredients they use. I met the owner today and she is wonderful! Highly recommend.

Worst bubble tea ever. The pearls are not from tapioca - but cheap jelly substitute. They were stuck together in one clump. The tea is watery and has disgusting aftertaste.
