2 adults, 3 kids (under 8) and a baby. (8m)
The service was subpar. We had to keep flagging our waitress down to Order anything, and would have to flag down anyone if we needed anything extra. We had to flag her down for an order of wings that was placed. About 15 mins ago after receiving the first couple plates in 5 mins, which is the usual. This led to us talking about how the service wasnāt the best. It was not busy at all when we arrived and throughout our meal.. Iād say the restaurant was 3/4 full. Weāve been when the restaurant is packed, and have had much better service.
This is why it shocked us then the bill came out. And it had AUTO grat since we had 6 ppl. I asked her.. the 6th was a babyā¦ who was just sitting there cause her mom was there. And she replied, Itās the number of seats. She was not āwaitingā or providing any service to a baby, in fact she barely served our table. We then had ordered some drinks separately to go as we headed out, and rather than putting it on a separate bill, she added it to the same, making the drinks also having the auto 18% tip. The tipping culture is getting out of hand and this is prime example. Gratuity should be earned, not expected .
Myself and my entire family have been coming here for over a decadeā¦ weāve had plenty of great experiences, just not this time and has turned us off to return for awhile.

Tried their new garlic parm fries today, it taste good! I recommend going there on their happy hour so you can order it for $5 instead of the regular price of $9! I also tried their Calamari, I didnāt really expect so much from it but oh man!ā it was so good! I highly recommend it! Their menu for their happy hour have variety of options, they have drinks and wings in there for $5 only which is very affordable! Highly recommend for anyone to try this place!

I used to come here often but each time Iāve come lately, the food has been disappointing. I always get the garlic Parmesan wing special with a drink, the chicken is never seasoned properly and I always have to make sure to ask for more Parmesan. The prices have steadily been increasing the past few years, itās now $40 for 2 boba drinks with 2 plates of wings, thatās too high now when there are many other wing places you can get way more wings and a drink for half of the price. I will no longer come here anymore, as itās not what it used to be and is too expensive now.

Love the fresh watermelon fruit slush, but itās such a bummer that they discontinued the season wings. I wouldāve given this place a 5 star review but they donāt have the seasoned wings on the menu anymore.

The food and service here are unbeatable every single time. Itās become a must-visit spot whenever Iām in Calgary. The dishes are always bursting with flavour. I canāt imagine a trip to Calgary without stopping by.

Ordered take out and was charged $0.50 for the container deposit. Sticker indicates we can bring it back to the bottle depot to get deposit back. Depot didnāt accept it.

We went with a total of 4 adults and 2 children (a 6 year old and an 11 month old child). But when calculating the bill, they charged an additional 18%. When paying, we didn't know and had to pay an additional 15%. Personally, I think it's unreasonable when a child is not even 1 year old yet... We're not very happy with this surcharge.
