Me and my family has been going here ever since and lately their garlic parmesan chicken is starting to become like a regular fried chicken just cause they are putting less and less parmesan cheese. Otherwise, service and food has always been amazing

The food and service here are unbeatable every single time. It’s become a must-visit spot whenever I’m in Calgary. The dishes are always bursting with flavour. I can’t imagine a trip to Calgary without stopping by.

Ordered take out and was charged $0.50 for the container deposit. Sticker indicates we can bring it back to the bottle depot to get deposit back. Depot didn’t accept it.

We went with a total of 4 adults and 2 children (a 6 year old and an 11 month old child). But when calculating the bill, they charged an additional 18%. When paying, we didn't know and had to pay an additional 15%. Personally, I think it's unreasonable when a child is not even 1 year old yet... We're not very happy with this surcharge.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent visit to your café, which turned out to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. As a loyal customer, I never imagined I would encounter such poor service, but unfortunately, this may be the last time I come to your establishment.
An issue arose during my visit, and instead of addressing it professionally, the server immediately defended the manager without even understanding the situation. This was unprofessional, and to make matters worse, the manager—Vivian—failed to manage or resolve the situation effectively. If she truly is a manager, it’s troubling that she couldn’t even settle a simple issue.
After leaving the café, I was approached by a staff member who I had no prior interaction with during my stay. I don’t know what his issue was or why he felt the need to confront me in such an unprofessional manner. Thankfully, someone took a video of the incident and sent it to me. If you wish to review how your staff spoke to me after I left, I am more than happy to provide a copy of the video.
I hope you take this complaint seriously and address the behavior of both your staff and management. It’s disappointing to have such an unpleasant experience at a place I’ve been loyal to for so long.
Food was great, service was even better. Only thing is the loudass rave music jolted my nervous system and had me feeling like I was on a mission to finish my wings. Found it a bit odd in what seemed like a family setting but wasn’t unbearable. Still a solid 9/10 :)

It's hard not to become nostalgic about bbt. I have been going since I was in highschool more than 15 years ago. It has changed a lot and become a whole lot more family and child friendly.
The food is surprisingly good. The wings are legendary. Anyone who loves bbt knows bubblemania. It is an absolute landmark and icon in Calgary.
You'll find generations in here now.
Great value for money. Service has gotten radically better over the years. This place is 3x as big as it used to be.

We love the drinks and happy hour here! For 5$ happy hour deals, id say its worth it! We got the pork belly rice and taiwanese chicken, id say worth it! We appreciate the amount of drink options and the different wing flavours! Always hits! One thing I did not appreciate was the service. While the food came at a reasonable time, the staff wasn’t very friendly and did not whatsoever checked if everything was decent. We wanted to get the drink flavour adjusted but we never got a chance to until the very end when they asked us if we were ready to pay… overall, the food is worth it.
Parking: Parking lot is small and we had to park in the neighborhood
