Went in almost at the end of lunch time. Some of the food pans were empty and were not replaced. Some of the food was already cold. The waiter forgot to give us forks. I had to go ask.

We have visited many times and tends to be hit or miss for the freshness/quality of food. Establishment is focused more on quantity rather quality. Just don’t go for the service, but if you like Canadian Chinese, huge variety and to eat a lot, it’s your place.

By the time you take your place to the table it will be cold, i wish the food was warmer, overall as a colourblind person it was a little bit too dark, not enough light and my friends confirmed it. but the selection is pretty big and good, really tasty.

Fantastic, love the food, nice atmosphere and friendly people working there. I go here quite often and I always bring people here and I always tell people to go here. But one thing I will say, not to complain, but to hopefully have someone at the restaurant to see this and take it as helpful feedback, that my favourite thing at a Chinese buffet is the balls but yours are always burnt, been there dozens of times and I’ve only had them once when they weren’t so burnt that they are rock hard and almost crumble apart when you try to bite into them and are inedible.
That being said, I will still keep coming back here though and referring people to here.

I have been there many times about 5 years ago, and really enjoyed everything, by January 2026 I have noticed the quality really went downhill. I definitely won't be back again.
The food today was so bad and so dry. Basically it has been heated many times since lunch to dinner time. Service was extremely poor. The staffs were so rude. We ask if we can change the table, one of the staff called us animal in Chinese language. I won’t ever recommend them or go there again!

I have eaten here many times, so I know what I speak of. Everything is not bad, but also not great... and I mean everything. I tend to eat mostly vegetarian, and it's decent that way but only decent... some of the meat dishes look gross... .like who sees boiled chicken feet in some scummy water and thinks yummy! LOL.... The sushi is very basic, like I said, nothing is bad, but also not great. Don't expect to find much shrimp in anything, which reminds me the Hot and Sour Soup is the worst. It looks like everyday, most people don't touch any of the soups.... they all look cheap. That's the word... cheap, to describe everything....yes they do refry the onion rings if they get old.... yes they do take yesterdays fruit and make today's fruit salad. Yes they will come around and fill your water glass about 15 times in your visit, of course so that you fill up with water. If you're like me, you like chinese food but also know that some is worse than others... you know what I'm talking about. I wouldn't try the Dim Sum... it could literally be ground up food from yesterday's buffet, made into today's offerings. Service lady is nice.... the guy at the front.... eh... nothing particularly pleasant. Don't expect to find any shrimp at all... .except tiny pieces in some sushi, but it's rare to see it... it's like shrimp is too expensive for them to serve, when it's a staple at other buffets. I was thinking of going back today, but I always have this push and pull inside me.... that I should make better choices in life, so today I make this review and will NOT go.
