It has been a while since I ate here.Things have changed drastically. I used to look forward to eating here, I have been a customer for over 20 years, going back to the original location.This place was always a treat to go to.Buttttt not so much now. We went there the other night at 5:30 pm for dinner with a group of family members from out of town.Once we finally went up to get food, there was lots to choose from (as always), my favorite it honey and garlic spare ribs, I pour the sauce on my rice this time it was like they watered down the honey garlic sauce down with water to extend its amount. The ribs were ok, not as good as usual.I had chicken wings that were tough, not again as good as usual.Things just weren't the same as they were before.New cooks ? It's totally unknown as to why you would change a good thing.Well, our bill was over 250.00 without a tip and no cocktails, just 2 pop and the rest water....I am sorry to review this restaurant this way, but as harsh as I am. I didn't create this issue they did.The chances I'll go back there is very, very slim.Another one bites the dust.At least for now.

We joined a queue from outside which continued inside. We had some waiting time to get a table to accommodate us as a family. We were five. Smaller groups get seated faster. The process was neat though. ??Vegetarian options: All in for choices. ??Parking: I believe the weekends are busier. Parking might be a bit tedious but there is always a place for one of you don't care to walk a bit. ?Kid-friendliness: Kids get to serve whatever they want. Gello. Ice cream. Pizza. All in for the kids. ??

So my wife and I were celebrating our 10th anniversary and felt like some oriental food. Our favourite restaurantThe Spicy Hut off Edmonton trail had an announcement that they had retired after 34 years of business. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC FOOD!!! So you can imagine our disappointment. Because of this, we said let's go to the Yangtze buffet in deerfoot city as the "LAST TIME" we were there was a long time ago due to the distance between us and them.Anticipating delicious food as expected but as soon as we got to the the buffet, we were met with"BITTER DISAPPOINTMENT".The foods were all dried up, very hardened and just bloody cold, Yuk.....Plus, the price of the slop we were eating was no where near the dinner price. It was a far cry from even the lunch time price!! The food was disastrously disgusting for the cost. Nevertheless we were hungry. When the waitress came by to ask how it was, I expressed our disappointment and from that point on the service even disappeared for filling waters etc. At least the woman required to clear tables kindly removed the first plate. Round 2 because a buffet is just that, try a variety right? Same as the first round for the items already selected except for the shrimp on the skewers. A bit warmer than the last ones. But the rest, Yuk Yuk yuk?? ??. What a disappointment for a milestone anniversary hey people???Tried to reason with the person at the counter who takes your money but he was about as cordial as a fence post. He dared to say "well nobody else has complained but you". My wife and I saw people leave with the same disappointment on their faces trust me and the only reason why nobody else complained..... Is because they didn't have the nerve to or just wanted to escape their poor dining experience as well. We're not sure if the owners changed but the last ones at least had a soul and expressed some form of kindness.My recommendation is to stay away from this overpriced pile of slop and find a place worthy of your dining experience and business support.

The food was good but the table we where at was wobbly and the table top wasn't connected to the legs, the bathrooms where needing some much needed TLC.
Used to be a good place to go, but not anymore. Last 2x we went there, containers are mostly empty took long time to refill and some are totally gone. Crab legs become so tiny and even fried rice is taste less. Dessert station are so messy and no one even bother to clean. Sorry but, this place is not worth anymore.

havent had an issue before but got there at 11:10. Food was out in serving trays ( hot water bath underneath) and it was cold. I would have expectes it to be hot and fresh. It appears it was made earlier in the kitchem and then sat out until it was put in serving bath at 11am. I was not impressed and question whether I would go again
Nice experience with my familyParking: They share parking space with many companies including Walmart. So at that time in the afternoon, it was hard to get a stall to park.
Food was alright and for the price it was worth going. Some of the plates were very dirty though, odd.

The last time I came to this place was 5 years ago and we wanted to try it again. We came for lunch and every single aspect of this experience was horrible. Most of the food is stale, cold and overall disgusting. It seemed like the food has been out for hours if not since yesterday. After one plate, we lost our appetites and feel like we got robbed. So I definitely don’t recommend coming here and I want my money back.
