Bumble Tea Hive Cafe

Staff was nice but it took almost half an hour to get two bubble teas when we were the only customers. The bubble teas came out almost foamy (maybe over blended?) and flavour was just okay.

Great vibes as soon as you walk in! I love that they have fun board games to play while hanging out, and the bubble tea is always fresh and delicious. Plus, having Filipino food on the menu is such a win — it’s definitely my favorite part. Such a good spot to relax, connect, and enjoy amazing drinks + food!

Opens at 12 according to goggle maps, not opened when I came by at 2. Saw staff inside even!
Checked UberEats to see if they simply forgot to open the doors and ubereats was closed too and they state they’re opened at 1pm.

Went here with my friend. Super good food and drinks! She said she liked the pearls here and I have to agree! They were the perfect level of sweetness and I really like the texture. They are softer and not hard like other boba shops in the city.

i absolutely love this place! i've come here a few times just to hang out or study after my classes and it has the cutest vibe! the staff are always so kind and the cook also takes the time to chat if its not too busy. i especially love the avocado fresh fruit smoothie with pearls. honestly, of all the boba shops in the city, this shop has the BEST PEARLS!!! the right amount of sweetness and the most perfect texture.

Staff locked door 40 minutes before closing

The opening time is never correct. Everytime I come they're closed even when it said open on their site. The staff locked the door and just stared at me from inside.

Disappointing. Ordered 5 items for takeout. We waited for almost an hour just to receive a burnt dish. Everything was almost inedible. Didn’t have time to return it and get a refund as the store will close in few mins.

Waited 45 mins only to get burnt chicken inasal. I won’t recommend at all

Good bubble tea. We weren’t in a rush, it wasn’t busy, and we had no problem with waiting for a few minutes.

originally, I wanted passionfruit, jellies and mango popping pearls, but she said there are no passionfruit jellies so then i wanted popping pearls. she said we have passion fruit popping pearls and I said yeah I’ll get those. I then asked what kind of jellies do you have? She said something something lychee and i said give me lychee. I get my drink. It’s a beautiful drink by the way, but there’s no popping pearls were there ever any popping pearls or did she just lie? i’m just very upset but i don’t like confrontation. please don’t trick me again i’m sensitive.

Horrible service here! They were trying to over charge for drinks and food. The price is clearly written on the board, yet they were trying to charge an additional amount. The cashier was horrible, they served frozen food that took 30 minutes to serve in an empty store, and the other workers here were giving nasty looks. Do not go here if you want decent service.

I regretted being hungry and walking past that store. I ordered nuggets and fries for $7 but it was horrible, the fries were burnt and the nuggets had a weird taste. The lady in the store refused to refund me even though I didn't even eat.

I came here with my friend and was so pleasantly surprised with how wonderful the service is and how amazing the food is!!! The owner and staff were very lovely and provided the best service which really uplifted our experience!!! Definitely recommend coming here!!!

Great spot for bubble tea!! Interior is beautiful and cozy. Good customer service. I'm excited to try the food item next time. It is good to have this cozy place in south end. Also the cute bouquets they carry in the shop are amazing ❤️❤️
