Good bun bo hue. Bring your own pot for bun bo hue take out starting at $30. It comes with everything to make dinner easy. We have tried several other restaurants that do this pot idea but we keep coming back.
Little hole-in-the-wall type of place, this noodle shop specializes in bun bo hue, a traditional noodle dish coming from the Hue area of Vietnam.
It's absolutely incredible.

I got the $30 BYOP and was surprised by the large portion which was easily more servings than advertised. The vegetables were fresh and taste was great too just like any dine in pho restaurant. The staff also tightly sealed my pot so no soup leaked out.

The Bun Ho Hue is tasted good, but the noodles are from China, not Vietnam!
Still best bang for the buck . Especially if you feed a big family

Our friend recommended the $30 Bring Your Own Pot deal to us a long time ago. We finally tried it this afternoon. Big portion! Good taste! We highly recommend this!

First time there and unfortunately experience wasn’t that good . Missing basil leaves and bean sprouts !!! very disappointed ☹️
Maybe it’s still 10ish , everyone looked so grumpy and impatient .
Taste and value of cause are very good and consistent but the way they serve is bit off-putting unfortunately.

The best bun bo hue in the city, it doesn’t have a strong beef flavour and more rich broth that reminds us of VN. We love their tender beef shank, pork hock and meatballs. Always so consistent. My mom is super picky but loves it here.
Don’t know what happened to this once iconic BYOP, Bun Bo Hue Deli! I’m so sad to report that the quality has gone downhill. Their meats are chewy, soup tastes like it’s about to go rotten and meatballs are too salty, even after bringing the pot to a full rolling boil as soon as it’s brought home. I get that they’re going on 3+ decades of business and I’m sure they’re growing weary and tired of it all. Soup should not spoil so quickly when brought home. There is another BYOP establishment close by that offers fresher options and their soup doesn’t spoil within a few hours as most soups should not.
