Dropped in to get pho (Bring Your Own Pot) for 6-7 serving. Personally, I think the meat portion (pork meatball, pork feet, beef slices) is fair for the price. (Could always buy own beef slices or other meat afterwards to add on) Just the soup base is a little more salty than expected. Overall, it's still worth it.

I don't mind rude service but the tables and plates felt grimy and sticky like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Cuts of beef were really tough. The byop is a really cool idea and I might do that in the future.

I've been a regular dine-in customer at this establishment well before COVID-19, but unfortunately, I've been denied service multiple times. This has led to significant disappointment and frustration. As a result, I've decided to discontinue dine-in visits altogether. I suggest that the business consider clearly communicating their policies and expectations to customers to avoid similar experiences in the future. Being denied service without prior notice felt discourteous, and transparency would help manage customer expectations.
